基于大颗粒分析法的混色纱质量评价研究

  近十年来,纺织材料图像处理取得了长足的进展。对混色纱工业图像处理的过去、现状和未来进行了调研,分析了传统人工视觉和计算机视觉用于纱线检测的方法及其优缺点。接着,探讨了大颗粒分析方法。在基于MATLAB的模型基础上,对棉结混杂纱织物的实时均匀性进行了研究。通过对现有系统的比较分析发现,大部分混杂纱行业主要依靠人眼视觉的评估和经验。在MATLAB模型基础上,提出了一种新的棉结均匀性检测算法,为混纺纱行业棉结均匀性的检测提供了解决方案。通过棉结混杂纱的实时棉结检测实验,验证了基于核密度函数和宏像素分析的棉结检测算法,该算法计算出了91%左右的棉结不均匀度,这个结果无法通过肉眼视觉检测达到。这种新的模型、算法和方法将有助于混杂纱行业的棉结均匀性检测,也可用于其他类型时尚纱线的检测。最后,对本项研究进行了总结,并展望了今后可能的研究方向。
