肯尼亚山五种千里光属植物叶绿体基因组比较分析

千里光属(Senecio)植物除南极洲外,在世界其他地区均有分布。该属植物多具有重要经济价值,包括具观赏价值的多肉品种,及具药用价值的物种。在肯尼亚,千里光属植物主要分布在山区,肯尼亚山地区的该属植物因物种多样性高、生活史复杂程度高,是研究千里光属植物分类及系统进化的良好材料。本研究选择肯尼亚山区五种千里光属植物S.keniophytum、S.schweinfurthii、S.roseiflorus、S.moorei、&purtschellerS.采用高通量测序技术对五种千里光属植物的叶绿体基因组进行测序,使用在线程序Dual Organellar Genome Annotator进行叶绿体基因组注释,Mauve软件进行序列比对,植物RNA编辑器用于RNA编辑,MIcroSAtellite用于识别微卫星RAxML用于微卫星和系统发育分析的。结果如下:(1)五种千里光属植物拼接组装后的叶绿体基因组大小从151,191bp(S.purtschelleri)到151,413bp(S.keniophytum),叶绿体基因组包含87个蛋白质编码基因,8个rRNA基因和34个tRNA基因,...
