叶酸预防慢性萎缩性胃炎癌变的研究进展

　　慢性萎缩性胃炎作为一种癌前病变,越来越受到人们的重视。既往研究发现补充叶酸可有效逆转慢性萎缩性胃炎进程,降低胃癌发生率。叶酸通过单碳代谢保障DNA甲基化,延缓慢性萎缩性胃炎进展为异型增生的进程,通过抗炎和抗氧化作用抑制黏膜炎症,预防胃癌。由于研究人群、数量、剂量、干预时机、基因多态性和其他致癌因素的影响,不同研究之间呈现出双向结果。目前对叶酸补充治疗的方案和疗效仍有一定争议,其机制也尚未阐明。
