【摘要】:石家庄Sobo商业有限公司已有20多年的发展历史,生产和供应的产品包括玻璃棉、岩棉和NBR发泡绝缘材料和铝箔隔热材料,产品不仅在国内销售,国外市场已超过25个国家。目前,员工满意度问题已成为公司发展中面临的挑战之一。本文包括六章。第一章是绪论,简要介绍了Sobo公司的使命、愿景、文化和本文研究目的、意义及方法。第二章是文献综述,对与员工满意度相关的人力资源管理、SWOT分析、价值链分析等理论及研究工作进行了介绍。在第三章中,首先对Sobo公司进行了SWOT分析、说明了公司员工现状,进而提出了公司员工满意度方面存在的问题,分析了其原因及及其对公司的影响。在第四章中,采用SPSS,对员工满意度的影响因素及各因素的影响程度进行了定量分析,结果表明:薪水、福利和激励因素对于员工满意度发挥着至关重要的作用,员工期待得到安全培训,大多数员工对于公司的纪律和惩罚措施持中立的态度。第五章提出了提高Sobo公司员工满意度的解决方案,并说明了其局限性。
