邳州胶合板产业的转型升级问题研究

【摘要】：中国是世界第一人造板生产和消费大国。胶合板作为占比最高的人造板产品,自改革开放以来以20%以上的年均复合增长率迅猛发展。邳州作为全国最大的胶合板生产与出口基地之一,从上世纪90年代初至今,表现出强劲的发展势头,为地方的社会经济发展作出了重要贡献。在欧美经济发展放缓,国内房地产调控加大,木材资源和劳动力等生产要素成本不断攀升的严峻形势下,尚处于产业链低端的邳州胶合板产业亟需加快转型升级的步伐,不断提升产业的国际竞争能力。因此,选择邳州的胶合板产业,对其转型升级问题进行研究,对于促进我国人造板产业的健康有序发展具有重要的现实意义。本文主要从四个方面对邳州胶合板产业的转型升级问题进行了研究。一、对胶合板产品的特征、种类,胶合板产业链的系统构成,胶合板产业转型升级中的产业结构合理化和高度化等核心内涵,以及产业转型升级的主要动力因素进行了理论探讨。二、分析了我国胶合板产业发展的时空变化,在此基础上对邳州胶合板产业的发展状况及基本特征进行了深入探讨,为邳州胶合板产业的正确转型提供了基础信息。三、梳理邳州胶合板产业所面临的多重压力,从产能释放和市场竞争、出口阻力和贸易壁垒、路径依赖和资源约束、产品结构和品牌建设、技术装备和产品质量,以及人才队伍与运营管理等多个方面,对其产业转型升级过程中的制约因素进行了系统剖析。四、结合前述各章的分析和评价结果,分别从产业园区规划、技术装备提升、要素瓶颈破解、品牌体系建设、行业标准制定、产业共生模式等多个角度,提出邳州胶合板产业转型升级的具体策略及其实现措施。
[Abstract]:China is the No.1 country of wood-based panel production and consumption. As the proportion of plywood panels was the highest since the reform and opening up to more than 20% compound annual growth rate of rapid development. Pizhou is one of the plywood production and the country's largest export base, from the last century since the beginning of 90s, showing strong momentum of development, has made an important contribution to the local economic and social development. The economic slowdown in Europe and the United States, the domestic real estate regulation increase, the grim situation of timber resources and labor costs continue to rise, is still at the low end of the industry chain of Pizhou's Plywood Industry to accelerate the pace of transformation and upgrading, and constantly improve the international competitiveness of the industry. Therefore, the choice of Pizhou the plywood industry, research on the transformation and upgrading, has important practical wood-based panel industry in China to promote the orderly development of health Significance. This article mainly from the four aspects of the transformation and upgrading of Pizhou's plywood industry is studied. A feature of plywood products, constitute a system of plywood industry chain, the rationalization of industrial structure upgrading and upgrading the core connotation of the transformation of the plywood industry, as well as the main driving factors of industrial transformation and upgrading theory. Two, analysis of temporal and spatial changes of the development of China's plywood industry, based on the development status of Pizhou's plywood industry and basic features are discussed, and provide the basic information for the correct transformation of plywood industry in Pizhou. In three, the multiple pressures of combing the Pizhou plywood industry faces, from the release of production capacity and market export competition, resistance and trade barriers, path dependence and resource constraints, the structure of products and brand building, technical equipment and quality of the products, as well as personnel and transport Many aspects of business management, makes a systematic analysis on the restricting factors in the process of industrial upgrading and transformation. In four, combined with the preceding chapters of the analysis and evaluation results, respectively, from the industrial park planning, technical equipment, factors to break the bottleneck, the brand system construction, industry standards, many aspects of industrial symbiosis mode. This paper puts forward specific strategies of plywood industry transformation and upgrading of Pizhou and its implementation measures.
