【摘要】：军工企业作为我国国防科技工业的重要组成部分,承担着为国防和军队提供现代化武器装备的重任,在我国国防和军队现代化的进程中扮演着重要角色。科研能力是军工企业的一种核心能力,本文旨在对军工企业科研能力影响因素进行研究,从而帮助军工企业提升综合实力。本文在前人关于科研能力影响因素研究以及科研能力评价相关研究的基础上,对北京某军工企业科研能力受其他企业能力的影响情况进行了研究。本文首先针对军工企业科研能力的特点设计了科研能力的相关评价指标,接着建立了其他企业能力的评价指标,然后根据建立的评价指标体系进行了问卷设计,在完成问卷发放以及回收之后,进行了数据处理。本文通过层次分析法对评价指标体系赋予了权重,从而使得问卷获得的对各指标的评价数据转化为对各企业能力的评价数据,然后利用多元回归分析方法挖掘出影响科研能力的其他企业能力。之后对其他能力影响科研能力的机理进行探究,并在其中一项能力与科研能力之间加入了一个中介变量,从而使得研究更加顺畅。最后研究表明,十项其他能力中有七项企业能力会对科研能力产生影响。
[Abstract]:As an important part of China's national defense science and technology industry, the military industry enterprises bear the responsibility of providing modern weapons and equipment for national defense and the armed forces. Scientific research capability is one of the core capabilities of military enterprises. This paper aims to study the factors affecting the research capability of military enterprises. In order to help the military enterprises to enhance the comprehensive strength. This paper is based on the previous research on the factors affecting scientific research capability and the related research on the evaluation of scientific research capability. This paper studies the research capability of a certain military enterprise in Beijing affected by the ability of other enterprises. Firstly, this paper designs the relevant evaluation index of the research capability according to the characteristics of the research capability of the military industry enterprise. Then the evaluation index of other enterprises' capability is established, and then the questionnaire is designed according to the established evaluation index system, after the completion of the questionnaire issuance and recovery. This paper gives weight to the evaluation index system through the Analytic hierarchy process, so that the evaluation data of each index obtained by the questionnaire can be transformed into the evaluation data of the enterprises' ability. Then using the method of multiple regression analysis to excavate the other enterprises' ability which affect the scientific research ability, and then explore the mechanism of other abilities' influence on the scientific research ability. An intermediate variable is added between one of the capabilities and the research ability, which makes the research more smoother. Finally, the research shows that seven of the ten other capabilities have an impact on the scientific research capability.
