【摘要】:在世界经济疲软、中国经济增速放缓的大背景下,小微企业产生了生存危机,在广东深圳东莞等地大批小企业倒闭,企业主纷纷破产或者跑路。如何生存下去度过寒冬成了小企业主们共同的话题,但无论如何改变都离不开两点那就是开源和节流。表面贴装生产工艺是电子产业的基础,它的出现极大地提高了电子产品生产效率,也降低了电子产品的成本,提高了产品质量。表面贴装生产流程是该工艺的具体体现,所以对表面贴装生产流程的评价和改进的研究有一定的现实操作意义和应用价值。目前世界上多是评价大型制造业和公司的生产流程,评价小型表面贴装企业生产流程方法很少,其通用的评价标准也少,对于表面贴装的小型企业生产流程的评价标准更少。本文针对ZC公司表面贴装生产流程进行了分析和研究,该公司是比较典型的、能代表了珠三角同类型的小型表面贴装企业。通过采用SWOT的分析、流程重组的ECRS法、精益生产的价值流图和线性规划等研究方法,结合企业管理诊断方法,首先对每一生产流程进行研究,筛选影响每一环节主要影响因素,再根据这些因素制定评价的指标,通过对指标的达成情况来评价流程是否需要优化和改进。其次评价经过改进的生产流程是否实际达到效果,最后总结有效的改进措施并提出合理化建议。研究表明:(1)表面贴装生产流程完全可以适用行业指标的标准组成的评价体系来进行评价,这样的评价体系可以准确地迅速地指出流程中存在的差距,并为改进提供了目标。(2)表面贴装生产流程的改进,需要使用SWOT确定公司战略的基础上进行,没有这个基础改进就失去了方向,有了确定的战略才可以制定出合理的年度计划指导生产进行。(3)在ZC公司表面贴装流程中,生产前准备、高速和异型贴片、热回流焊、波峰焊接、手工焊接这几个工序最为关键。针对这些瓶颈工序的改进对整体流程的影响最大。(4)必须从每个工序的缺点入手,细致的分析是改进和解决问题的前提。(5)线性规划的方法可在生产计划方面发挥重要的作用,并提供了科学的依据。

How to survive through the winter into the small business owners are a common topic, but in any case the two cannot do without change is the open source and throttling. SMT production process is the basis of the electronic industry, it has greatly improved the production efficiency of electronic products, but also reduces the cost of electronic products, improve the quality of the products. The SMT production process is the embodiment of the process, so the research of evaluation and improvement of surface mount production the process has practical significance and application value. At present the world is the evaluation of a large manufacturing industry and the company's production process, the evaluation of small surface mount production process method is rarely The general evaluation criteria, too, for the evaluation of the production process of small and medium enterprises Surface Mount Standard less. This paper for ZC surface mount production process are analyzed and studied, the company is a typical, small surface can represent the same type of Pearl River Delta mount enterprise by using SWOT analysis. ECRS method, process reengineering, research methods of lean production value flow diagram and linear programming, combined with the management method of enterprise diagnosis, first to study every production process, selection of main factors affecting each link, and then develop the evaluation index according to these factors, to evaluate whether the process needs to be optimized and improved by the the index reached. Secondly evaluation improved the production process is the actual effect, finally summarizes the effective improvement measures and put forward reasonable suggestions. The research showed that: (1) surface mount production The process can completely applicable industry index standard evaluation system for evaluation, this evaluation system can accurately and quickly pointed out gaps in the process, and provide a target for improvement. (2) improved surface mount production process, need to use SWOT to determine the basis of the strategy, there is no basis for this the improvement has lost direction, have identified strategy to develop a reasonable annual planning production. (3) in ZC, surface mount process, production preparation, high speed and irregular patch, thermal reflow, wave soldering, manual welding is the key to the improvement effect for these several processes. The bottleneck on the whole process. (4) we must start from each process shortcomings, detailed analysis is a prerequisite to improve and solve the problems. (5) linear programming method in production planning plays a heavy The role of the need is provided with scientific basis.
