【摘要】:改革开放过后,汽车产业愈加的为人们所重视起来,政府宣布要把汽车产业当作推动我国经济发展的一项支柱型产业来发展。政府的政策引导与调剂,市场与产业之间不可或缺的效用也同时大力推动着汽车产业的发展。由产业初期的外资引进型到有由内资参股的企业做载体,通过引进核心技术并加强产业自主创新,加大国内对科技、技术创新型人才的投入与产业研发,结合国内市场实际情况,调整政策方针,我国的汽车产业意识到创新开发的重要性,注重对科研人才的培养。目前我国汽车业已经步入到深度调整阶段,越来越多的企业更加注重自主研发环节,同时开始了对外扩张的脚步。文中开始对我国在汽车产业初期“市场换技术”模式研究的相关文献进行梳理,并进行下一步问题的研究,同时阐述了本文的研究内容,基本结构及主要创新点与不足。对“市场换技术”的政策历程有系统的回顾过程,同时对分阶段获得的效用有较为细致的分析。本章梳理了相关研究理论,主要针对国际直接投资的技术外溢效应理论进行梳理,分析了“市场换技术”策略取得成功的前提条件、方案方法和影响因素。为后文的具体的研究奠定了相关的理论基础。第二部分对今天汽车产业较为发达的国家如德国、美国、日本的早期占入市场对策及政府产业政策支持做了参考,以及对几个以汽车产业迅速崛起为代表的韩国、巴西、印度相对比,分析中国目前可以学习吸收的政策沿用,虽然在产业幼稚期,国家推出保护政策给予支撑固然重要,但要想长期稳健的发展,掌握关键技术、自主创新,形成适合中国国情政治的自主产业链才是发展自主产业的方法论。我国汽车产业最初以“市场换技术”逐渐变为企业与企业之间合资合作的模式,分析我国国产自主品牌在合资企业汽车产量的市场占有率。并从近几年来国家发布的有关汽车产业的相关政策分析国家助推作为支柱产业之一的汽车产业发展方案方法。我国国产汽车品牌迎来自产业发展以来的首次好机会。文中最后两章根据总结其他国家汽车产业发展经验以予借鉴借鉴印度成功经验,巴西失败教训,分析我国汽车产业发展政策模式。
[Abstract]:After the reform and opening up, the automobile industry has been paid more and more attention to. The government announced that the automobile industry should be developed as a pillar industry to promote the economic development of our country. The government policy guidance and adjustment. The indispensable utility between market and industry also promotes the development of automobile industry at the same time. Through introducing core technology and strengthening independent innovation of industry, we should increase domestic investment in science and technology, technology innovation talents and industrial research and development, and adjust policies and guidelines according to the actual situation of domestic market. The automobile industry of our country realizes the importance of innovation and development, and pays attention to the cultivation of scientific research talents. At present, the automobile industry of our country has stepped into the stage of deep adjustment, and more and more enterprises pay more attention to independent research and development. At the same time began to expand the pace of external. In the beginning of the automobile industry in our country in the early "market for technology" model research related literature combing, and the next step of the study. At the same time, this paper describes the research content, basic structure, main innovation points and shortcomings. "Market for technology" policy process has a systematic review process. At the same time, there is a more detailed analysis of the effectiveness obtained in stages. This chapter combs the relevant research theories, mainly focusing on the theory of technology spillover effect of international direct investment (FDI). The precondition for the success of the strategy of "market exchange technology" is analyzed. The scheme method and influencing factors lay the relevant theoretical foundation for the later specific research. The second part is about the more developed countries such as Germany and the United States of America. Japan's early occupation of the market countermeasures and government industrial policy support for reference, as well as the rapid rise of the automobile industry as a representative of South Korea, Brazil, India to compare. Analysis of the current China can learn from the absorption of the policy followed, although in the immature period of industry, the national protection policy is important to support, but want to long-term steady development, master the key technology, independent innovation. The methodology of developing independent industry is to form an independent industrial chain suitable for China's national politics. At first, "market for technology" has gradually become the mode of joint venture and cooperation between enterprises and enterprises in China's automobile industry. This paper analyzes the market share of domestic independent brands in the joint venture automobile production, and analyzes the related policies concerning the automobile industry issued by the state in recent years. The development of the automobile industry as one of the pillar industries is promoted by the state. The last two chapters summarize the experiences of other countries in the development of automobile industry in order to draw lessons from the successful experience of India. Brazil failed to learn from the analysis of China's auto industry development policy model.
