我国主要省市智能制造能力综合评价与研究——基于因子分析法的实证分析

【摘要】：在全球范围内,德国的"工业4.0"、日本的"再兴战略"、法国的"新工业法国"和美国的"先进制造伙伴计划"等新一代工业革命概念的陆续提出,对我国的制造业提出了深重挑战。尽管我国也适时地提出"中国制造2025"的战略目标,但企业毕竟是战略落地的主体,企业在智能制造方面的能力和水平直接关乎"中国制造2025"能否落地。以我国各省的智能制造能力为研究对象,通过构建智能制造指标体系,采用因子分析法,对我国主要的23个省级行政区智能制造能力的总体情况进行分析,寻找其主要影响因素,进而探究引导制造企业向智能制造进行转变的路径。
[Abstract]:On a global scale, the concepts of "industrial 4.0" in Germany, "rejuvenation strategy" in Japan, "new industrial France" in France and "advanced manufacturing partnership program" in the United States have been put forward one after another. Although our country also put forward the strategic goal of "made in China 2025" timely, but the enterprise is the main body of strategic landing after all. The capability and level of enterprises in intelligent manufacturing is directly related to whether "made in China 2025" can fall to the ground. Taking the intelligent manufacturing capability of each province in China as the research object, the index system of intelligent manufacturing is constructed. By using factor analysis, this paper analyzes the general situation of intelligent manufacturing capability in 23 provincial administrative districts in China, and finds out the main influencing factors. And then explore the path to guide manufacturing enterprises to intelligent manufacturing transformation.
