【摘要】:随着经济的飞速发展,各大企业对人才的需求变得日益激烈起来。人才是企业发展的核心竞争力,是促进企业长期发展的动力和源泉。然而,新泰电梯公司存在人才流失的严重问题,导致公司市场竞争力下降,影响了企业的正常运营。因此,研究新泰电梯公司人员流失问题,对于增强企业竞争力、提高企业凝聚力、推动企业持续发展等方面具有重大的现实意义。本文结合新泰电梯公司的实际情况,分析了新泰电梯公司人才流失的现状和原因,并重点提出了应对新泰电梯公司人员流失的对策。第一,介绍了人才流失的相关概念及相关理论基础,主要包括人力资源管理理论、心理契约理论、工作满意度理论和组织行为学理论。第二,与新泰电梯公司的实际情况相结合,从员工队伍规模、员工年龄结构和员工学历结构三个方面阐述了新泰电梯公司的发展状况。并从人员流失的规模、人员流失的结构和人员流失的负面影响三个方面深入分析了新泰电梯公司人员流失状况。第三,与新泰电梯公司的实际情况相结合,采用问卷调查的方法,从社会环境因素、公司自身因素和员工个人因素三个层面深入分析了新泰电梯公司人员流失的原因。第四,与新泰电梯公司的实际情况相结合,从企业文化建设、完善员工管理机制和健全激励机制等方面提出了应对新泰电梯公司人员流失的对策。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, the demand for talent has become increasingly fierce. Talent is the core competitiveness of enterprise development, is to promote the power source and the long-term development of the enterprise. However, there is a serious problem of brain drain in Xintai elevator company, resulting in a decline in the market competitiveness of the company, affecting the normal operation of the enterprise. Therefore, the problem study on the loss of Xintai elevator company personnel, to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, improve the cohesion of the enterprise, is of great practical significance to promote the sustainable development of enterprises. This paper combined with the actual situation of Xintai elevator company, analyses the present situation and causes of talent loss in Xintai elevator company, and puts forward the Countermeasures of Xintai elevator company staff turnover. The first and introduces the basic concepts of brain drain and related theories, including the theory of human resource management, psychological contract theory, work Satisfaction theory and organizational behavior theory. In second, with the actual situation of Xintai elevator company combined with staff from three aspects of employee size, age structure and educational structure of employees expounds the development situation of Xintai elevator company.
