H公司人力组织系统分析及方案设计

【摘要】:2014年以来,国内煤炭市场继续呈现总量宽松、结构性过剩态势。我国煤炭行业正处于重大调整转型期,煤炭行业的发展将回归到一个理性的阶段。通过优化企业人力组织系统可以提高煤炭企业生产经营水平,增强核心竞争力,是适应市场波动、抵御市场风险的重中之重。本文以H公司作为研究对象,展开了对优化H公司人力组织系统的应用研究。在专家学者研究的基础上,从人力资源和组织结构入手,对人力组织系统进行了界定,调查了H公司人力组织系统现状,包括:公司总体概况、组织结构、岗位体系、管理流程、薪酬及绩效考核等方面。通过发放问卷调查及访谈等方式了解了H公司人力组织系统存在的问题,深入地剖析了相关问题。在此基础上,设计了H公司的人力组织系统方案,包括:组织结构与人员编制方案、管理流程方案、绩效考核及薪酬管理方案。提出了H公司人力组织系统新方案实施措施,包括:以构建精益管理和企业成才系统为关键驱动、建立“KPI+6S”考核模式、丰富员工薪酬带宽与结构、优化公司管理流程等措施。
[Abstract]:Since 2014, the domestic coal market continues to show a total amount of loose, structural surplus situation, China's coal industry is in a major adjustment and transition period. The development of coal industry will return to a rational stage. Through optimizing the enterprise human organization system can improve the level of production and management of coal enterprises, enhance the core competitiveness, is to adapt to market fluctuations. The most important thing to resist the market risk. This paper takes H company as the research object, carries out the application research to optimize the human organization system of H company. On the basis of the research of experts and scholars. Starting with the human resources and organizational structure, this paper defines the human organization system, and investigates the present situation of the human organization system in H company, including: the general situation of the company, the organizational structure, the post system, and the management process. Pay and performance evaluation. Through the distribution of questionnaires and interviews to understand the H company human organization system problems, in-depth analysis of the relevant problems. On this basis. The human organization system scheme of H company is designed, including: organizational structure and staffing plan, management flow scheme, performance appraisal and compensation management scheme. The implementation measures of the new scheme of H company human organization system are put forward. Including: to build lean management and enterprise talent system as the key driving, establish "KPI 6S" assessment mode, enrich the staff salary bandwidth and structure, optimize the company management process and other measures.
