辉锐公司交货期改善研究

【摘要】:近年来,企业面临着越来越激烈的市场竞争压力。随着技术的不断发展,技术更新日新月异。电子产品的生命周期不断缩短,新的产品不断取代旧的产品。企业需要更快的响应市场变化的需求,就必须和时间进行赛跑。在激烈的市场竞争中,从原有的主要关注市场价格、成本、品质和服务,增加了响应时间的要求,即产品的交货期的要求,而且对于电子产品,特别是手机行业而言,产品的交货期变得越来越重要,甚至有超过价格要求的趋势。本文以辉锐公司产品交货期为研究对象,从订单流程管理、供应链价值流以及生产的工艺方面入手,深入分析了其中存在的问题。发现辉锐公司在整体流程方面设计,保基本保持原有的流程制度,存在各种弊端,不能适应小批量、订单式生产模式。供应链管理方面,效率低下,流程周期很长。整体工艺流程,因缺乏生产经验,流转过程较多,员工操作效率低下。这些因素严重影响了产品的交货周期,给企业的竞争力带来极大的负面影响。对于该公司存在的产品交货期的问题,本文对订单流程进行优化设计,使得流程更加顺畅和有效率,改善供应链短板,缩短了材料的供应周期,并通过工业工程优化生产布局、突破瓶颈工序产能,提高生产效率。整体上缩短了产品的交货期,增强企业的竞争力。当下,订单式生产模式逐渐成为市场的主流,产品的交货期对于企业也越来越重要。因此,本文以辉锐公司为例,通过对企业产品交货期的分析,希望能找到产品交货期的影响因素,并针对这些影响因素进行分析和改善,进而解决这些问题,最终达到改善辉锐公司产品交货期的目的。同时通过对辉锐公司这个案例,可以对其他存在同样问题的企业起到借鉴的作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, enterprises are facing more and more fierce market competition pressure. With the continuous development of technology, technology updates with each passing day, and the life cycle of electronic products is continuously shortened. New products continue to replace the old ones. Enterprises need to respond more quickly to the changing demands of the market, so they must run a race with time. In the fierce market competition, from the original focus on market prices, costs. Quality and service increase the requirement of response time, that is, the requirement of product delivery date, and for electronic products, especially the mobile phone industry, product delivery time has become increasingly important. There is even a trend beyond the price requirements. This paper takes the delivery time of Huili products as the research object, starting with the order process management, the supply chain value flow and the production process. It is found that the design of the whole process of Huirui company, the basic maintenance of the original process system, there are a variety of shortcomings, can not adapt to small batches. Order mode of production. Supply chain management, inefficient, process cycle is very long. The overall process, due to lack of production experience, the flow process is more. These factors seriously affect the delivery cycle of the product and bring great negative impact to the competitiveness of the enterprise. In this paper, the order process is optimized to make the process more smooth and efficient, improve the supply chain short plate, shorten the supply cycle of materials, and optimize the production layout through industrial engineering, breaking through the bottleneck process capacity. Improve production efficiency. The overall shortening of product delivery time, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. At present, order production model has gradually become the mainstream of the market, product delivery time for the enterprise is becoming more and more important. This paper takes Huirui Company as an example, through the analysis of the product delivery date, I hope to find out the factors affecting the product delivery date, and to analyze and improve these factors, and then solve these problems. At the same time, through the case of Huirui Company, it can be used as a reference for other enterprises with the same problems.
