宁夏A冶金有限公司激励机制的现状及对策研究

【摘要】:当前,世界范围内的经济一体化全面展开,中国经济社会深化改革正在全面推进,借鉴和引用国外的一些先进管理制度逐渐成为趋势,并逐步在国内大小企业中发展。激励机制作为现代企业制度的核心内容之一,越来越成为一个企业发展与进步的助推器。正是因为激励机制是现代企业运作赖以生存的基础,能有效激发员工工作热情,提高员工单位时间内工作效率,实现企业发展目标,因此逐渐成为企业人力资源管理研究的重点内容。A冶金有限公司是宁夏一家从事镍铁、硅锰、富锰渣等合金生产及销售、发电、物流、仓储等多元化发展的中型民营企业,经过十几年的建设,实现了跨越式发展,不但成为本市30家企业中的骨干企业,更跻身为全区百强企业。当前,公司正处于建设发展的关键期,机遇与挑战并存,拥有科学完善的激励机制将对公司的发展起到关键性的作用。本文通过文献研究法、调查问卷法和访谈法,对A冶金有限公司人员激励机制进行了全面的分析,找出了其激励机制方面存在的绩效考核机制不合理、薪酬体系薄弱、企业文化建设滞后及人才留用培育机制不科学等问题和不足,并充分借鉴国内外对激励机制的研究成果,结合所学理论,对A冶金有限公司现有激励机制进行了分析,提出了对策建议,对帮助A冶金有限公司进一步提升激励机制效能具有积极意义。
[Abstract]:At present, the economic integration in the world has been carried out in an all-round way, and the deepening reform of China's economy and society is advancing in an all-round way. It is gradually becoming a trend to draw lessons from and quote some advanced management systems from abroad. And gradually develop in domestic large and small enterprises. Incentive mechanism as one of the core content of modern enterprise system. More and more become an enterprise development and progress booster. It is precisely because the incentive mechanism is the basis of modern enterprise operation, can effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of staff work, improve the efficiency of employees in unit time. Realize the enterprise development goal, so gradually become the focus of enterprise human resources management research. A metallurgical Co., Ltd. is engaged in nickel iron, silicon manganese, rich manganese slag and other alloys production and sales, electricity generation, logistics. Storage and other diversified development of medium-sized private enterprises, after more than ten years of construction, the realization of leapfrog development, not only become the backbone of the city's 30 enterprises, but also into the region's top 100 enterprises. The company is in the key period of construction and development, opportunities and challenges coexist, the scientific and sound incentive mechanism will play a key role in the development of the company. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the incentive mechanism of A Metallurgical Co., Ltd., and finds out that the performance appraisal mechanism is unreasonable and the salary system is weak in the aspect of the incentive mechanism of A Metallurgical Co., Ltd. Enterprise culture construction lags behind and talent retention and cultivation mechanism is not scientific and so on, and fully draw lessons from the domestic and foreign research on the incentive mechanism, combined with the theory. This paper analyzes the existing incentive mechanism of A Metallurgical Co., Ltd., and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, which is of positive significance to help A Metallurgical Co., Ltd. to further enhance the efficiency of the incentive mechanism.
