【摘要】:锂电池作为新绿色二次电池在近些年得到了飞速发展。作为锂电池的重要组成部分,锂电池电解液的技术也随之得到发展,市场运用更广,在国内市场开始竞争激烈。而国内的锂电池电解液项目并不多,没有相关经验可供参考。如何结合现代项目进度管理理论,并将之运用实际的电解液项目进度管理中将有着非常重要的现实意义。本文阐述了现代项目进度管理所包含的基本内容、方法和措施,以及运用现代项目进度管理技术应遵循的原则,分析了国内外电解液发展的现状,探讨了影响项目调试进度的因素,基于化工项目调试的特点,提出了电解液扩建项目调试阶段宜采用的进度管理方法和手段。本文针对BS公司电解液扩建项目调试阶段调试的具体项目,采用WBS任务分解结构、结合网络规划、进度计划等现代项目进度管理技术,论述了现代项目进度管理技术在电解液扩建项目调试进度管理的具体应用方法,对其他项目进度管理能起到一定的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:As a new green secondary battery, lithium battery has been developed rapidly in recent years. As an important part of lithium battery, the technology of lithium battery electrolyte has been developed and applied more widely. In the domestic market, competition began to be fierce. However, there are not many lithium battery electrolyte projects in China, and there is no relevant experience for reference. How to combine the modern project schedule management theory, It will have very important practical significance to apply it to the actual electrolyte project schedule management. This paper expounds the basic contents, methods and measures of the modern project schedule management. Based on the principles to be followed by modern project schedule management technology, the current situation of electrolyte development at home and abroad is analyzed, and the factors affecting the project commissioning progress are discussed, based on the characteristics of chemical project commissioning. This paper puts forward the schedule management method and means that should be used in the commissioning phase of electrolyte expansion project. In this paper, the WBS task decomposition structure and network planning are adopted for the specific debugging project of the electrolyte expansion project of BS Company. This paper discusses the concrete application methods of modern project schedule management technology in electrolyte expansion project commissioning schedule management, which can be used as a reference for other project schedule management.
