【摘要】：结合中国天然气工业发展现状及相关政策法规,分析了未来LNG市场发展空间的影响因素。有利因素:国家法规、政策支持天然气发展,LNG市场稳步增长;天然气价格市场化提振天然气市场需求,远期中国天然气市场规模潜力巨大。不利因素:经济发展转型"新常态",天然气市场需求增速回落;国际油价持续下跌,天然气价格调整滞后,影响天然气需求增长;随着供应形势变化,气源间竞争愈加激烈。指出了LNG接收站业务面临的机遇和挑战:全球天然气液化能力提高,LNG资源充足;LNG现货及短期贸易蓬勃发展,进口LNG价格下降;LNG调峰需求巨大,成本相对较低。提出了国内LNG接收站建设发展思路及相关建议:以扩建现有接收站为主,适时增加储存容量和气化能力,积极参与市场调峰。
[Abstract]:Combined with the current situation of China's natural gas industry development and related policies and regulations, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the future LNG market development space. The favorable factors are: national regulations and policies to support the development of natural gas LNG market steady growth; The marketization of natural gas prices stimulates natural gas market demand, and the future Chinese natural gas market has huge potential. Unfavorable factors: the "new normal" of economic development, the decline of natural gas market demand growth rate, the continued decline of international oil prices, The delayed adjustment of natural gas prices affects the growth of natural gas demand, and as the supply situation changes, The competition between gas sources is becoming more and more fierce. The paper points out the opportunities and challenges faced by the LNG receiving terminal business: the global LNG liquefaction capacity is improved, the LNG resources are abundant, and the short-term trade is booming, the import price of LNG is falling, and the demand for peak shaving is huge. The cost is relatively low. This paper puts forward some suggestions for the construction and development of domestic LNG receiving station: to expand the existing receiving station, to increase the storage capacity and gasification capacity in time, and to take an active part in peak shaving in the market.
