中国采矿业对外直接投资区位选择研究

【摘要】：随着经济全球化进程的加快,中国对矿产资源的需求日益增长,矿产资源的对外依存度也与日俱增。这促使中国加快了对外直接投资采矿业的步伐,采矿业的对外直接投资取得了很大的进展,但同时也面临极大的挑战。此外,虽然学术界关于对外直接投资区位选择的研究有了很大突破,但是仍然存在一些不足,缺乏对采矿业的区位选择的系统研究。在对外直接投资采矿业时,区位选择是首先要考虑的问题。由于采矿业投资资金较多,如果投资区位选择不当,很可能导致投资计划失败,影响投资收益。因此,本文研究中国采矿业对外直接投资的区位选择,具有一定的理论意义和现实意义。本文首先介绍了中国采矿业对外直接投资的相关背景和理论,说明了研究中国采矿业对外直接投资区位选择的重要意义。然后从必要性和可行性两个角度对中国采矿业的对外直接投资进行了动因分析,并从投资规模、投资矿种、投资区位、投资方式以及投资主体五个方面对中国采矿业对外直接投资的现状进行了概述。此外,本文还对中国采矿业对外直接投资区位选择存在的问题进行了分析和总结。接下来,本文选取了 19个目标国家以及影响中国采矿业对外直接投资区位选择的9个因素,运用因子分析法对中国采矿业对外直接投资的区位选择进行了实证分析,然后根据实证结果对东道国的投资环境进行分类。并根据提取出来的三个公因子,以澳大利亚为例进行了具体分析。通过研究,本文得出这样的结论:第一,中国适宜在澳大利亚开展采矿业的对外直接投资而且应该继续加大对澳大利亚的矿业投资。第二,三大因子中,经营环境因子对中国采矿业对外直接投资区位选择的影响最大。因此,在评价采矿业东道国的投资区位环境时,可以将经营环境因子放在首位。第三,根据区位环境的优劣,可以将中国采矿业对外直接投资的目标国家分为优秀、良好、合格和不合格四个等级。最后,根据研究结论,对中国采矿业对外直接投资的区位选择提出了具体的对策建议。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of economic globalization, China's increasing demand for mineral resources and its increasing dependence on foreign resources have prompted China to accelerate the pace of foreign direct investment in mining. Foreign direct investment in mining industry has made great progress, but it also faces great challenges. In addition, although the research on location choice of foreign direct investment in academia has made a great breakthrough, there are still some shortcomings. Lack of systematic research on location choice of mining industry. Location choice is the first problem to be considered in OFDI mining industry. Because mining investment has more funds, if the investment location choice is improper, It is very likely that the investment plan will fail and the investment return will be affected. Therefore, this paper studies the location choice of China's mining industry's outward direct investment (OFDI). It has some theoretical and practical significance. Firstly, this paper introduces the background and theory of China's foreign direct investment in mining industry. This paper explains the significance of studying the location choice of China's mining industry's FDI, and then analyzes the reasons of China's mining industry's FDI from the perspective of necessity and feasibility, and analyzes the reasons of FDI in China's mining industry from the perspective of scale and type of investment. This paper summarizes the current situation of China's foreign direct investment in mining industry from five aspects: location, mode and main body of investment. This paper also analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in the location selection of China's mining industry FDI. Then, this paper selects 19 target countries and 9 factors that affect the location selection of China's OFDI. This paper makes an empirical analysis on the location choice of China's mining industry FDI by using factor analysis, then classifies the host country's investment environment according to the empirical results, and according to the extracted three common factors, Taking Australia as an example, this paper draws the following conclusions: first, China is suitable for foreign direct investment in mining industry in Australia and should continue to increase its investment in mining industry in Australia. Among the three factors, the operating environment factor has the greatest influence on the location choice of Chinese mining industry FDI. Therefore, when evaluating the investment location environment of the mining host country, we can put the operating environment factor in the first place. According to the advantages and disadvantages of the location environment, the target countries of China's foreign direct investment in mining industry can be divided into four grades: excellent, good, qualified and unqualified. Finally, according to the conclusion of the research, This paper puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions on the location choice of China's foreign direct investment in mining industry.
