基于动态视角的企业家思想体系与企业实践互动过程研究——以李书福演化发展式企业家思想为例

【摘要】：1997年,吉利进入了汽车行业,成为中国首家民营汽车企业。在过去近20年里,吉利实现了从低端品牌走向自主创新品牌,从国内市场到亮相国际的发展,在吉利成功的背后,其领导者李书福发挥了至关重要的作用。本文着眼于企业家思想与企业实践之间动态的互动关系,归纳出李书福演化发展式企业家思想的三大特征:执着前方、坚持前路、摸索前行,形成了一套以"目标界定-实现过程-路径探索"为内在逻辑的企业家思想体系。此外,本文针对李书福企业家思想和吉利企业实践的关系研究,得出结论:企业家思想指导企业实践,企业实践的反馈影响企业家思想,丰富其内涵,具有一定的理论意义和实践启示。
[Abstract]:In 1997, Geely entered the automobile industry, become the first private China automobile enterprises. In the past 20 years, Geely has realized from the low-end brand to brand innovation, from the domestic market to the development of international appearance, behind Geely successful, its leader, Li Shufu played a crucial role. This paper focuses on the relationship between dynamic interaction entrepreneur thought and enterprise practice, summed up the three characteristics of the evolution and development of Li Shufu thought in front of Entrepreneurs: persistent, adhere to the road, groping forward, forming a "target definition and implementation process - the path to explore the internal logic of the entrepreneur ideology. In addition, according to the study, the relationship between Li Shufu thought and entrepreneur Geely enterprise practice concluded that the entrepreneur guiding enterprise practice, feedback enterprise practice effect of entrepreneurial ideas, enrich its connotation, has certain theory Meaning and practical apocalypse.
