中国制造企业服务化商业模式创新水平及其影响因素研究

【摘要】:随着全球经济一体化的到来、市场竞争的日益加剧、消费需求的个性化和复杂化,全球制造业面临的环境正发生着一场影响深远的变革,制造企业开展服务化转型成为应对日益严重的商品化陷阱和实现科学持续发展的战略选择。本质上讲,制造业服务化是商业模式创新的一个过程,由于内外风险因素的干扰,会影响到商业模式创新的结果,不同的制造企业从产品导向商业模式向服务型商业模式发展的程度有所不同,最终也造成产生的经济效果有好有坏。因此,如何精确地刻画制造企业服务化的差异性,弄清其背后的重要影响因素及其作用机理,成为推动制造服务化理论向纵深发展的重要基础。本文从商业模式的新视角来研究制造企业服务化,把制造企业服务化的实质明确地认定为全面的服务化商业模式创新过程,而不仅仅开发和提供新的服务项目。本文基于国内外对制造企业服务化内涵与分类、服务型商业模式等方面的研究,并结合中国制造企业的实际,从基于产品的服务(SSP)和基于客户的服务(SSC)两个不同的维度来测量服务化商业模式创新的程度,并识别出企业内外部四种主要的影响因素,包括企业研发投入水平、员工受教育程度、行业竞争程度及资源约束程度。同时以163家2009-2012年间实现IPO的中国创业板上市的制造企业为样本,对制造企业服务化商业模式创新的影响因素及其作用机理进行有序多分类Logit回归分析,从而更全面、深入地解释企业内外部影响因素和服务化商业模式创新的相关关系及作用机理。分析结果表明,作为控制变量的企业规模和所处行业对企业服务化商业模式创新水平并不具有显著相关关系;产品研发强度越高,企业越倾向于提供SSP,相反地,产品研发强度越高,企业提供SSC的倾向较低:员工整体的文化程度越高,越会促进企业同时加快发展SSC和SSP;行业竞争程度越高,企业越倾向于采用SSC服务化策略,但对企业提供SSP并没有显著的影响;资源约束程度越高,企业更倾向于提供SSP及SSC。本文对于中国制造企业的样本数据进行实证分析所得出的研究结论,将有助于中国制造企业更好地认识到影响服务化的内外部因素及作用机理,帮助我国制造企业更好地开展服务型商业模式创新,更加顺利的成功实现服务化转型。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of global economic integration, the increasingly intensified market competition, the individuation and complexity of consumer demand, the global manufacturing industry is facing an environment that is undergoing a far-reaching change. The service transformation of manufacturing enterprises has become a strategic choice to deal with the increasingly serious commercialization trap and to realize the sustainable development of science. In essence, manufacturing service is a process of business model innovation, because of the interference of internal and external risk factors. Will affect the results of business model innovation, different manufacturing enterprises from product-oriented business model to service-oriented business model development varying degrees, but also resulting in economic effects are good and bad. How to accurately depict the difference of service in manufacturing enterprises, understand the important factors behind it and its mechanism, This paper studies the service-oriented manufacturing enterprise from the new perspective of business model, and clearly regards the essence of service-oriented manufacturing enterprise as a comprehensive innovation process of service-oriented business model. This paper is based on the domestic and foreign research on the connotation and classification of service-oriented manufacturing enterprises, service-oriented business models, and combined with the reality of Chinese manufacturing enterprises. This paper measures the degree of innovation of service-oriented business model from two different dimensions of product-based services (SSPs) and customer-based services (SSCs), and identifies four main influencing factors, including the level of enterprise R & D investment. At the same time, 163 manufacturing enterprises listed on the China growth Enterprise Market (gem), which achieved IPO in 2009-2012, were selected as a sample. The influencing factors and the mechanism of the innovation of service business model in manufacturing enterprises are analyzed by Logit regression analysis in order to be more comprehensive. The relationship between the internal and external factors and the innovation of service-oriented business model is explained in depth. The results show that the relationship between the internal and external factors and the innovation of the service-oriented business model. There is no significant correlation between the size of the enterprise as a control variable and the level of innovation of the enterprise's service-oriented business model. The higher the R & D intensity, the more inclined the enterprise is to provide SSPs. On the contrary, the higher the R & D intensity is, the higher the R & D intensity is. The tendency of enterprises to provide SSC is lower: the higher the education level of employees, the faster the development of SSC and SSP, the more competitive the industry, the more inclined to adopt SSC service strategy. However, there is no significant impact on the supply of SSP by enterprises. The higher the resource constraint, the more inclined enterprises are to provide SSP and SSC.These conclusions are drawn from the empirical analysis of sample data of Chinese manufacturing enterprises. It will help the Chinese manufacturing enterprises to better understand the internal and external factors affecting the service and its mechanism of action, to help the Chinese manufacturing enterprises to better carry out the innovation of the service business model and to successfully realize the service transformation.
