云制造模式下的云资源服务优化调度研究

【摘要】:云制造是一种以公共服务平台为支撑,基于设备、人力、知识、软件、计算能力等资源,以“企业聚类”为特征、以“服务协同”为主题,根据用户需求,通过服务封装、任务构建,实现用户之间资源服务调用的制造新模式。为了实现中小企业制造资源利用率最大化,本文分析了一种典型云制造模式的资源服务、项目任务的特点,构建了以交货期、成本、质量为目标的任务-服务调度优化模型,设计了基于改进遗传算法的求解方法,然后结合云制造模式下模具制造的调度示例,完整论述了资源服务调度平台的实践及其意义,具体的研究内容如下:第一章绪论。主要论述了论文的研究背景和意义,给出了一种典型的云制造模式,分析了云制造模式下资源调度与传统车间调度的异同,介绍了相关领域国内外的研究现状,最后给出了论文的主要研究内容和章节安排。第二章云资源服务调度运营模式。从云制造环境下资源服务的特点、分类以及项目任务分解切入,阐述了云制造模式下云资源服务优化调度的运行机制以及相关业务流程。第三章云资源服务调度优化模型。通过对云制造模式下,资源服务组合封装,服务、任务的形式化描述,结合模具生产项目示例,给出了云制造模式下,以交货期、总成本和质量为目标的调度优化模型。第四章云资源服务调度优化遗传算法设计与实现。针对调度优化模型,设计相关改进遗传算法流程,选用双链编码方式,设计了分阶段子任务链编码方式,多种交叉变异方式配套使用的遗传操作方案,基于随机联赛选择和改进精英保留策略的选择策略以及考虑物流信息和任务约束的主动解码方式,最后,用VB语言实现了云资源服务的调度系统。第五章云资源服务优化调度系统示例运行。介绍了云制造平台中,项目任务构建,候选服务选择确定,调度数据获取流程,给出了云制造平台资源服务调度系统示例模型的求解过程,最后将调度结果反馈到平台,用以支持决策。第六章总结与展望。对论文的相关研究工作和成果进行总结,并指出了在云制造环境下资源调度方面需要进一步研究的方向。
[Abstract]:Cloud manufacturing is a kind of public service platform, based on equipment, manpower, knowledge, software, computing power and other resources, characterized by "enterprise clustering", "service collaboration" as the theme, according to the needs of users, through service encapsulation. In order to maximize the utilization rate of manufacturing resources in small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper analyzes the characteristics of a typical cloud manufacturing model, resource service and project task. A task-service scheduling optimization model aiming at delivery time, cost and quality is constructed, and a solution method based on improved genetic algorithm is designed. Then, an example of die manufacturing scheduling in cloud manufacturing mode is presented. This paper discusses the practice and significance of resource and service scheduling platform. The specific research contents are as follows: the first chapter introduces the background and significance of this paper, and gives a typical cloud manufacturing model. This paper analyzes the similarities and differences between resource scheduling and traditional job shop scheduling in cloud manufacturing mode, and introduces the research status of related fields at home and abroad. Finally, the main research content and chapter arrangement of the thesis are given. The second chapter is the operation mode of cloud resource service scheduling. From the characteristics, classification and project task decomposition of resource services in cloud manufacturing environment, This paper expounds the operation mechanism and related business processes of cloud resource service optimization scheduling in cloud manufacturing mode. The third chapter is cloud resource service scheduling optimization model. The formal description of the task, combined with the mold production project example, gives the cloud manufacturing model, in order to due, Total cost and quality as the goal of scheduling optimization model. 4th chapter cloud resource service scheduling optimization genetic algorithm design and implementation. For scheduling optimization model, design related improved genetic algorithm flow, choose double chain coding, In this paper, the coding method of sub-task chain is designed, and the genetic operation scheme is designed, which is used in many cross mutation modes. Based on the random league selection and improvement of elite retention strategy, and considering the logistics information and task constraints of the active decoding method, finally, In this paper, the scheduling system of cloud resource service is implemented with VB language. 5th examples of cloud resource service optimization scheduling system are implemented. The project task construction, candidate service selection and scheduling data acquisition process in cloud manufacturing platform are introduced. The solution process of an example model of resource and service scheduling system for cloud manufacturing platform is given. Finally, the scheduling results are fed back to the platform to support decision-making. Chapter 6th summarizes and prospects. It also points out the direction of further research on resource scheduling in cloud manufacturing environment.
