格力系统集成项目的风险识别与规避方法研究

【摘要】：随着计算机、网络和通信技术的飞速发展,信息系统集成项目也越来越复杂,从单一的软件或硬件工程,扩展到软件、硬件设备甚至网络、移动等模块的综合集成,随之而来的项目风险也就越来越大。本文针对信息系统集成项目中的风险识别与规避方法进行研究。本文首先分析了风险识别与规避领域的国内外研究现状出发,详细论述了信息系统集成项目管理与项目风险管理的相关概念和理论,结合信息系统集成项目的特点,论述了在信息系统集成项目中风险识别和规避方面可能遇到的问题。在此基础上,对项目采用风险管理的技术方法进行分析,识别出其中的主要风险,以及风险形成的原因与隐含问题,从项目微观层面与公司宏观层面,分别提出了风险规避的方法与措施,取得了包括识别出项目中可能存在的风险并指出这些风险的成因和威胁；归纳除了对信息系统集成项目中可能出现的风险的规避措施等研究结果。本文提出的风险识别与规避方法,可被后续信息系统集成项目所借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer, network and communication technology, the information system integration project is becoming more and more complex, from a single software or hardware engineering to the integrated integration of software, hardware equipment and even network, mobile and other modules. The following project risk is becoming more and more serious. This paper studies the methods of risk identification and avoidance in the information system integration project. Firstly, this paper analyzes the domestic and foreign research status of risk identification and avoidance. The related concepts and theories of information system integrated project management and project risk management are discussed in detail. This paper discusses the possible problems in risk identification and avoidance in the information system integration project. On this basis, the technical methods of risk management are analyzed, and the main risks are identified. As well as the causes and hidden problems of risk formation, from the project micro-level and corporate macro-level, respectively, put forward the methods and measures of risk avoidance, This includes identifying potential risks in the project and identifying the causes and threats of those risks; In addition to the research results of the possible risk avoidance in the information system integration project, the risk identification and avoidance method proposed in this paper can be used for reference by the subsequent information system integration project.
