产业创新系统视角下中丹风电产业比较研究

【摘要】：本文通过重构产业创新系统模型,从制度环境,创新网络和知识技术3个方面对中丹两国的风电产业进行了比较研究。研究发现,中丹两国的风电产业均是政策引导式的发展,但丹麦的发展模式却是自下而上的,社会基础发挥了更为重要的作用,其成功可以归结为技术、经济、组织以及政策等多方面因素综合作用的结果。相比之下,中国尚未形成完整的风电产业创新系统,各行为者之间缺乏有效的合作机制和知识分享网络,相对分散的创新主体难以集成发挥协同效应,创新能力有待提升。
[Abstract]:By reconstructing the industrial innovation system model, this paper makes a comparative study on the wind power industry of China and Denmark from three aspects: system environment, innovation network and knowledge and technology. The results show that the wind power industry of China and Denmark are both policy-oriented. But Denmark's development model is bottom-up, and the social foundation plays a more important role. Its success can be attributed to a combination of technological, economic, organizational and policy factors. China has not yet formed a complete wind power industry innovation system, there is a lack of effective cooperation mechanism and knowledge sharing network among the actors, the relatively dispersed innovation agents are difficult to integrate to play a synergistic effect, and the innovation ability needs to be improved.
