可穿戴产品的模块化开发设计方法研究

【摘要】：随着技术突破速度的大幅提高和全球化在更深层面的渗透,消费产品被要求能够满足用户更多的个性化需求,并且能够进行快速创新和迭代,这在功能和系统层面对产品开发设计提出了更深的多样化的要求。可穿戴产品作为应高技术和大数据而生的新兴产品类型,对多样化问题的解决必然成为其成败的焦点,对此,旨在扩展产品或系统可用性和可适应性的模块化产品开发方法,提供了能够实现产品深度多样化的思路。目前在消费产品设计领域,模块化的研究主要是针对家居、电器产品等,而在消费电子产品领域以设计应用为主,对于可穿戴产品的模块化开发设计的研究尚在起步,基于此本课题主要探讨可穿戴产品模块化开发设计的具体方法。长远地看,可穿戴产品进行模块化开发设计,对于企业而言能够有效提高产品创新的效率,对于用户而言则提供了更自主的使用体验,对于资源的可持续利用也优势毕现。文章重点研究了模块化开发流程的关键环节——模块分解的理论和方法,通过产品分析和用户研究,探讨了可穿戴产品的模块分解具体方法,归纳提出模块分解方案,并以某一可穿戴健康监测产品的模块化开发设计进行实践。研究旨在为可穿戴产品的模块化设计实施提供规划和引导,以期为实现可穿戴产品的多样化开发设计提供更多的思路,促进可穿戴产品的研究和发展。
[Abstract]:With a substantial increase in the speed of technological breakthroughs and globalization at a deeper level, consumer products are required to meet user demand for more personalized, and enables rapid innovation and iteration, the function and system layer face diverse deeper requirements of product development and design of new products. The type and wear products as a high technology and big data, to solve the problem of diversification will inevitably become the focus of its success in this regard, to expand the product or system availability and adaptability of the modular method of product development, provide the products can achieve depth of diverse ideas. Currently in the field of consumer product design, the research is mainly based on modular Home Furnishing, electrical products, and in the field of consumer electronics products mainly used for research design, modular design of wearable products is still at the beginning, base In this thesis mainly discuss specific ways to wear product modular design. In the long run, wearable product modular design, for enterprises can effectively improve the efficiency of product innovation, for users provide more independent experience for the sustainable use of resources is also completed. The advantage of focus on the key theory and method of modular decomposition link module development process, through the product analysis and user research, discusses the specific method of wearable product module decomposition, puts forward the module decomposition scheme, and practice to develop the design of a wearable health monitoring products to provide planning and module. Guide for the modular design of wearable product implementation, in order to provide more ideas for the development and design of wearable product diversification, promote Wearable Research and development of products.
