基于核心竞争力的兰石装备公司企业文化落地研究

【摘要】:现代企业的竞争具体表现为产品的竞争,产品竞争的背后实际上是企业文化的深层次较量。当前,企业文化作为核心竞争力的理念已被理论界和企业界广泛认同。优秀的企业文化不但能够赋予企业生命与活力,而且有助于打造优秀的团队精神、形成企业的凝聚力和向心力,引导组织发展方向,为企业提供不竭的精神源泉和价值动力,进而为企业的创新发展提供有力保障。而将企业文化落地与核心竞争力建设相结合,对企业核心能力提升而言是一种积极的探索和尝试,通过引导、促进企业文化落地,全面提升企业的核心竞争力,已经成为一流企业共同的发展目标。本文首先对企业文化与核心竞争力分别进行理论分析,并归纳出企业文化对核心竞争力的影响机理。进而在借鉴先进管理理论与工具的基础上,通过编制发放调查问卷,对兰石装备公司企业文化体系的现状进行分析,发现其存在的问题,明晰其落地难的成因。接下来紧密围绕“企业文化落地——核心竞争力”二者之间的作用关系展开研究,揭示企业文化落地在提升企业创新能力过程中的作用机制,明确兰石装备公司企业文化建设落地的基本路径。最后通过具体的案例分析,为兰石装备公司的企业文化创新体系落地提供可行的优化方案设计,并对相关保障机制进行初步的探究,促进企业文化落地生根,发挥作用,为建立现代企业管理制度与核心竞争力的全面提升提供有益借鉴。
[Abstract]:The competition of modern enterprises is manifested in the competition of products. The competition of products is actually the deep-level contest of enterprise culture. The concept of corporate culture as the core competence has been widely accepted by the theoretical and business circles. Excellent corporate culture can not only endow the enterprise with life and vitality, but also help to build an excellent team spirit and form the cohesion and centripetal force of the enterprise. To guide the development direction of the organization, to provide an inexhaustible spiritual source and value motive force for the enterprise, and then to provide a strong guarantee for the innovation and development of the enterprise, and to combine the corporate culture with the construction of the core competitiveness. It is a positive exploration and attempt to enhance the core competence of enterprises. Through the guidance, we can promote the landing of enterprise culture, and promote the core competitiveness of enterprises in an all-round way. It has become the common development goal of first-class enterprises. Firstly, this paper makes a theoretical analysis of corporate culture and core competitiveness. On the basis of drawing lessons from advanced management theory and tools, the paper analyzes the present situation of the corporate culture system of Lanshi equipment Company by compiling and issuing questionnaires. Find out the existing problems, clarify the causes of the difficulties in landing. Next, closely around the "corporate culture landing-core competitiveness" between the role of the relationship between the study, This paper reveals the function mechanism of enterprise culture landing in the process of promoting enterprise innovation ability, and clarifies the basic path of Lanshi equipment company's enterprise culture construction landing. Finally, through the concrete case analysis, To provide the feasible optimization scheme design for the Lanshi equipment company's enterprise culture innovation system, and to carry on the preliminary exploration to the related safeguard mechanism, to promote the enterprise culture to take root and play its role, To establish the modern enterprise management system and the core competitiveness of the overall promotion to provide useful reference.
