电力勘测设计行业纵向一体化战略浅探

【摘要】：正在电力勘测设计行业传统市场日益萎缩,同质化竞争日益激烈的形势下,电力设计企业原有的、较单一的核心业务较为单一,难以支撑设计企业未来可持续发展和战略转型的需要。在认清宏观市场前景、理顺电力产业链结构,对燃料供应商、设备供应商等上游公司,以及发电企业、输配电及售电企业等产业链核心环节进行融合,通过走纵向一体化战略,实现勘测设计行业的转型升级。
[Abstract]:Under the situation that the traditional market of electric power survey and design industry is shrinking day by day and the competition of homogeneity is becoming increasingly fierce, the original core business of electric power design enterprise is more single than that of single core business. It is difficult to support the needs of sustainable development and strategic transformation of design enterprises in the future. In order to recognize the macro market prospects, rationalize the structure of the power industry chain, the upstream companies such as fuel suppliers and equipment suppliers, as well as power generation enterprises, The core links of the industry chain, such as transmission, distribution and power sale enterprises, are merged to realize the transformation and upgrading of the survey and design industry through the vertical integration strategy.
