三阶段DEA的区域建筑业碳排放效率评价

【摘要】:为剔除环境因素和随机误差对区域建筑业碳排放效率评价结果的影响,采用三阶段数据包络法(DEA)对区域建筑业碳排放效率进行评价.以非期望产出的建筑业碳排放替代建筑业能源消耗作为投入指标,并将能源结构系数作为环境变量,建立基于三阶段DEA的区域建筑业碳排放效率评价模型.以2003-2012年区域建筑业碳排放进行实证分析,研究结果表明:规模效率偏低是区域建筑业碳排放综合效率不高的主要原因;经济发达程度与建筑业碳排放技术效率相关性不大,但经济欠发达地区建筑业碳排放的规模效率普遍较低;建筑业碳排放冗余最为显著,累计冗余率达到0.38.
[Abstract]:In order to eliminate the influence of environmental factors and random errors on the evaluation results of regional construction industry carbon emission efficiency, the three-stage data envelopment method (DEAA) was used to evaluate the regional construction industry carbon emission efficiency.The energy consumption of construction industry is replaced by non-expected output carbon emissions, and the energy structure coefficient is taken as the environmental variable to establish the evaluation model of regional construction industry carbon emission efficiency based on three-stage DEA.Based on the empirical analysis of regional construction industry carbon emissions from 2003 to 2012, the results show that the low scale efficiency is the main reason for the low overall efficiency of regional construction industry carbon emissions, and the degree of economic development has little correlation with the technical efficiency of construction industry carbon emissions.However, the scale efficiency of construction industry carbon emissions is generally low in underdeveloped areas, and the redundancy of construction industry carbon emissions is the most significant, with a cumulative redundancy rate of 0.38.
