【摘要】:市场竞争环境日益激烈,企业要想获得竞争优势就需要要优化企业人力资源的规划与发展。供电企业承担着为全社会提供安全稳定持续电力的任务,在国民经济发展中占有重要的地位和作用。受计划经济体制下管理惯性的影响,供电企业人力资源管理还不能够很好地服务于企业在激烈市场竞争环境中的现实。鉴于此,本文基于我国经济发展和电力市场化改革背景,以人力资源理论为基础,以供电企业全体员工为对象,借鉴国内外实践经验,运用人力资源管理中的职业发展规划理论,在进行广泛调查的基础上对供电企业的员工多元化职业发展规划进行研究。本文首先介绍了职业发展规划的相关理论;其次,在介绍了A供电企业的基本情况的基础之上,分析了其职业发展管理现状调查问卷的结果,并对该企业员工职业发展规划存在的问题进行了分析;再次,从职工发展通道、规划培训、绩效和薪酬制度等角度对A供电企业员工多元化职业发展规划进行了改进,并运用模糊综合评价法对改进效果进行了评估;最后,提出了A供电企业员工职业发展规划实施的保障政策。本文的研究能够为我国供电企业人力资源管理提供一定参考,以此提高我国供电企业职工职业生涯管理的水平,促进我国电力行业的可持续发展,进而促进我国经济更好地发展。
[Abstract]:In this paper , based on the background of economic development and market - oriented reform of power supply enterprises , the paper studies the development planning of employees in power supply enterprises on the basis of human resources theory , based on human resources theory and using the theory of career development planning in human resources management .
Secondly , based on the introduction of the basic situation of the A power supply enterprises , the paper analyzes the results of the questionnaire about the status quo of career development management , and analyzes the existing problems of the enterprise ' s career development planning .
Thirdly , from the angle of employee ' s development channel , planning training , performance and salary system , this paper improves the diversification career development plan of A power supply enterprise , and evaluates the improvement effect by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method .
Finally , the paper puts forward the guarantee policy of the implementation of the employee ' s career development plan of A power supply enterprise . The research of this paper can provide some reference for the human resource management of power supply enterprises in China , so as to improve the level of professional career management of power supply enterprises in our country and promote the sustainable development of China ' s electric power industry , and then promote the better development of our country ' s economy .
