基于管理流程的A公司风险管理研究

【摘要】：随着烟草行业面对的内外部不确定性因素日益增多,风险管理已经成为烟草企业预防、减少风险事故,降低损失程度的有效管理方式。A公司为提高风险的应对能力,也做了许多尝试,但实施效果不佳。本文提出基于流程的风险管理,这种风险管理是从企业运营出发,而不仅是从个人出发,能够真正把企业价值与风险管理相结合起来,将企业的风险控制点融入到业务流程,可以避免风险的脱离和空洞。本文通过理论研究与案例研究相结合,定性和定量研究相结合的方式,通过梳理A公司核心管理流程梳理,运用流程图法、工作危害分析法等展开风险识别、风险评价对A公司的核心管理流程进行了较为深入以及全面的风险研究。通过上述的分析研究,可以充分识别和评价该公司的潜在风险,并依据相关理论确定风险等级及提出应对措施。避免流程和风险的研究停留在理论上,有利于促进企业在实际业务流程上的实践运用。本文认为当前A公司的主要业务管理流程中,存在43个一般风险,37个中等风险,5个高度风险和6个不可接受风险,并根据相应风险点提出具体应对措施。通过加强风险监控,将潜在风险控制在公司可承受的范围内,使风险控制制度化、常态化。此次论文的研究基本完成了设想的研究目的,在研究A公司的风险管理方面依靠科学的方法建立了研究维度,同时提出了比较切实可行的改进对策及建议,对将来从事研究特别是烟草行业的风险管理研究的起到一定的作用。
[Abstract]:With the increasing of internal and external uncertainty factors faced by tobacco industry, risk management has become an effective management method for tobacco enterprises to prevent, reduce risk accidents and reduce the degree of loss.Many attempts have been made, but the effect is not good.This paper proposes a process-based risk management, which is based on the operation of the enterprise, not just from the individual, can really combine the enterprise value and risk management, and integrate the risk control point of the enterprise into the business process.You can avoid risk detachment and emptiness.In this paper, through the combination of theoretical research and case study, qualitative and quantitative research, through combing the core management process of company A, the use of flow chart method, work hazard analysis method to carry out risk identification.The risk evaluation has carried on the thorough and comprehensive risk research to the A company's core management process.Through the above analysis and research, the potential risk of the company can be fully identified and evaluated, and the risk grade can be determined according to the relevant theory and countermeasures are put forward.The study of avoiding process and risk stays in theory, which is helpful to promote the practical application of business process.This paper points out that there are 43 general risks, 37 moderate risks, 5 high risks and 6 unacceptable risks in the main business management process of company A, and puts forward specific countermeasures according to the corresponding risk points.Through strengthening the risk monitoring, the potential risk is controlled within the range of the company can bear, so that the risk control is institutionalized and regularized.The research of this paper has basically completed the tentative research purpose, has established the research dimension by relying on the scientific method in the aspect of the risk management of company A, at the same time has proposed the more feasible improvement countermeasure and the suggestion.It will play a certain role in the future research, especially the risk management research of tobacco industry.
