某新研宇航型号产品保证体系构建研究

【摘要】：在航天领域,产品保证理论越来越受到重视。为确保实现型号研制目标、确保研制质量满足用户需求与要求,越来越多的航天型号产品应用产品保证理论来构建本型号的产品保证体系。某新研宇航型号研制是一项创新型的、复杂的宇航系统工程任务,是典型的航天行业宇航领域新研发类的型号项目。本论文以某新研宇航型号产品保证体系构建作为研究对象。本论文首先介绍了产品保证的起源、产品保证概念的形成与发展。其次论述了产品保证的基本理论,对产品保证的本质与内容、产品保证的特点进行了阐述与分析。然后针对本型号的产品保证目标,应用产品保证理论,按照QJ 2171A《航天产品保证要求》和航天产品精细化管理要求以及根据本型号产品研制特点,详细构建了本型号产品保证体系。本体系由产品保证管理、质量保证等18个部分组成。本体系阐述了型号在各研制阶段产品设计、采购、生产、测试、试验、交付、执行任务、服务用户等全过程的产品保证活动。本论文研究构建的某新研宇航型号产品保证体系是笔者亲自参与构建的并通过实践证明是成功的、行之有效的。通过该保证体系的有效运行,实现了型号的产品保证目标,达到了型号的研制目标要求。本论文对于相类似产品的产品保证体系构建,具有一定的借鉴价值和指导作用。
[Abstract]:In the field of spaceflight, the theory of product guarantee has been paid more and more attention.In order to realize the target of model development and ensure that the quality of development meets the needs and requirements of users, more and more aerospace products apply the theory of product assurance to construct the product guarantee system of this model.The development of a new aerospace model is an innovative and complex engineering task of aerospace system. It is a typical model project in aerospace field.In this paper, a new aerospace model product guarantee system construction as the research object.This paper first introduces the origin of product assurance, the formation and development of product assurance concept.Secondly, the basic theory of product guarantee is discussed, the essence and content of product guarantee and the characteristics of product guarantee are expounded and analyzed.Then according to QJ2171A, according to QJ2171A, and according to the detailed management requirements of aerospace products, and according to the characteristics of the product development,This model product guarantee system is constructed in detail.The system consists of 18 parts, such as product assurance management and quality assurance.This system describes the product design, procurement, production, testing, testing, delivery, execution, service and other product assurance activities in each stage of development.In this paper, the product guarantee system of a new aerospace model has been established and proved to be successful and effective.Through the effective operation of the guarantee system, the product guarantee target of the model is realized, and the development target of the model is achieved.This paper has certain reference value and guiding function for the construction of product guarantee system of similar products.
