服装创意园区建设与发展研究

【摘要】:随着世界经济全球化发展和服装产业科技的不断进步,世界服装产业的分工格局和竞争格局均出现了新变化和新态势,全球服装产业正在处于大发展、大变革和大调整的非常阶段。中国是传统纺织工业大国和服装产业大国,同时也是世界重要的纺织品输出大国。随着我国改革开放的不断扩大和国民收入的不断提高,中国服装产业在市场条件下和产业竞争中经历了一系列的波动、调整之后,在组织机制、产业结构、产业布局、产业技术装备、产业政策导向等方面均有了明显的进步。但是,与欧美日等老牌世界服装产业强国相较,我国服装产业仍然处于转型升级的关键阶段,产业总体竞争力疲软,企业研发能力较弱、创意设计相对滞后、品牌知名度和品牌影响力均不够高,欧美知名奢侈品牌服饰产品充斥国内市场,压制本土一线品牌服装的发展。针对这种产业发展状况和竞争格局,我国迫切需要加快服装价值链优化升级,加快本土创意品牌的孵化,大力发展服装创意产业。目前我国为适应产业竞争,在北京、上海、广州、深圳、石狮、郑州等重要城市建立服装创意产业园,国内许多二线城市也仿效一线城市的创意园模式规划建设。近10年之内,我国服装创意园的数量如雨后春笋且发展趋同,相似园区建设风格和创意输出交叉,园区陷入盲目竞争,造成服装创意市场的混乱。本文针对我国现阶段创意园的规划和发展现状进行了实际调研和问卷研究,横向对比了国内外服装创意园发展和规划的模式;运用EFE、IFE环境评估工具对我国服装产业园和服装创意园的外部发展环境与内部发展环境做出详细评估,指出我国服装产业战略转型的重点工作之一是实现服装产业园向服装创意园的优化升级,重点工作之二是在创意园的基础上不断提高创新成果转化率,实现创意园的战略转型。在确定了创意园是我国服装产业发展的重要驱动的结论下,运用霍尔三维系统工程理论对服装创意园进行建模研究,提出了“创意园在规划和建设阶段各要素重要指数等级差异化”的假设,通过实地调研讨论和问卷分析,验证了预想结论并总结出创意园规划和招商两个阶段对整个园区的发展影响关键。在运用SWOT分析方法制定SO、ST、WO、WT战略的基础上遵从QSPM战略方案选择原理,选择了发展服装创意园的发展战略四套:创意园体制机制改革战略、分期建设战略、立足区域特色发展战略、管理内核企业化战略。最后,对本次研究的局限性做了简略陈述并对我国服装创意园发展建设做出展望
[Abstract]:With the development of the world economy globalization and the continuous progress of the clothing industry science and technology, the pattern of division of labor and the competition pattern of the world clothing industry have all appeared the new change and the new situation, the global clothing industry is in the big development.The extraordinary stage of great change and adjustment.China is a traditional textile industry and clothing industry, but also an important textile export country in the world.With the continuous expansion of China's reform and opening up and the continuous improvement of national income, China's garment industry has experienced a series of fluctuations under market conditions and industrial competition, after adjustment, in the organizational mechanism, industrial structure, industrial layout,Industrial technology equipment, industrial policy guidance and other aspects have made obvious progress.However, compared with Europe, America and Japan, the clothing industry of our country is still in the key stage of transformation and upgrading, the overall competitiveness of the industry is weak, the R & D ability of enterprises is weak, and the creative design is relatively lagging behind.Brand popularity and brand influence are not high, Europe and the United States famous luxury brand clothing products flooded the domestic market, suppress the development of local brand clothing.In view of this kind of industry development situation and the competition pattern, our country urgently needs to speed up the clothing value chain optimization upgrading, speeds up the native creative brand incubation, vigorously develops the clothing creative industry.At present, in order to adapt to the industrial competition, China has set up garment creative industry parks in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Shishi, Zhengzhou and other important cities. Many second-tier cities in China also follow the model of first-tier cities in the planning and construction of creative parks.In the past 10 years, the number of clothing creative parks in our country has been springing up and the development is converging. The similar park construction style and creative output cross, and the park falls into blind competition, resulting in the confusion of clothing creative market.This article has carried on the actual investigation and the questionnaire research according to the present stage plan and the development present situation of our country, has compared the domestic and foreign clothing creative park development and the plan mode horizontally;Using EFE IFE environment assessment tool, the external and internal development environment of garment industry park and clothing creative park in China are evaluated in detail.It is pointed out that one of the key tasks of the strategic transformation of China's garment industry is to realize the optimization and upgrading from the garment industry park to the clothing creative park, and the second is to continuously improve the transformation rate of innovation achievements and realize the strategic transformation of the creative park on the basis of the creative park.Based on the conclusion that creative park is an important driving force for the development of garment industry in our country, the 3D system engineering theory of Hall is used to model the fashion creative park.This paper puts forward the hypothesis of "the difference of each factor's important index grade in the planning and construction stage of creative garden", and through the field investigation and discussion and questionnaire analysis,This paper verifies the expected conclusions and concludes that the two stages of creative park planning and investment promotion have a key impact on the development of the whole park.On the basis of using SWOT analysis method to formulate the strategy of QSPM, the author chooses four sets of development strategies for developing clothing creative park: reform strategy of system mechanism, construction strategy by stages, development strategy based on regional characteristics, and the following four sets of development strategies: system reform strategy, construction strategy by stages, development strategy based on regional characteristics, four sets of development strategies for the development of clothing creative park.Management core enterprise strategy.Finally, the limitations of this study are briefly described and the development and construction of the clothing creative park in China are prospected.
