安徽华源医药股份有限公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:作为传统与现代产业相结合的医药行业,在我国国民经济中发挥着重要作用。近年来,虽然我国医药行业迅猛发展,但是医药行业的“多、小、散、乱”等问题也逐渐突显出来。为此,我国相继推出一系列的政策措施,对医药流通领域不断进行改革。安徽华源医药股份有限公司在对安徽省太和县医药市场整合后,逐步实现了跨越式的发展。但是随着我国医改的不断深入以及国家对药品价格的控制,医药流通领域发生了天翻地覆的变化。基于这样的背景,本文以安徽华源医药股份有限公司的发展战略为研究对象,寻求在医药流通领域竞争日趋激烈、行业兼并步伐加速的情况下,如何顺应国家政策需求、巩固自身优势,从而实现持续发展。本文首先利用波特的五力模型分析框架,对安徽华源医药所处的竞争环境进行分析,认为安徽华源医药拥有较为稳定的供应商,而且受医改的影响,基层医疗市场的崛起对于安徽华源来说是一个重要的市场机会,在新进入者和替代品威胁方面的影响较小,但是医药商业市场的竞争将会加剧。其次,本文对安徽华源医药进行了SWOT分析,通过利用SWOT矩阵以及结合安徽华源医药的实际情况,得出了SO战略最适合安徽华源医药的发展需要。最后,基于长尾理论,本文认为安徽华源医药在实施SO战略的过程中,第一阶段是对同质化的中小型企业进行并购,第二阶段是对并购的企业进行专业化改造,第三阶段是实行差异化并购,从而形成一条具有差异性和互补性的医药产业链。此外,为了能够使得SO战略的顺利实施,本文从组织结构和人力资源两方面提出了相应的保障措施。
[Abstract]:As a combination of traditional and modern industries, pharmaceutical industry plays an important role in our national economy.In recent years, although China's pharmaceutical industry has developed rapidly, but the pharmaceutical industry "more, smaller, scattered, chaos" and other issues are gradually highlighted.Therefore, China has introduced a series of policies and measures to reform the field of pharmaceutical circulation.Anhui Huayuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has achieved a leapfrog development after integrating the pharmaceutical market in Taihe County, Anhui Province.However, with the deepening of medical reform and the control of drug price, the field of pharmaceutical circulation has changed dramatically.Based on this background, this paper takes the development strategy of Anhui Huayuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. as the research object, and seeks how to adapt to the national policy demand in the case of the increasingly fierce competition in the field of pharmaceutical circulation and the acceleration of the pace of mergers and acquisitions.Consolidate one's own superiority, thus realize sustainable development.In this paper, the author analyzes the competitive environment of Huayuan medicine in Anhui Province by using Porter's five-force model analysis framework, and thinks that Huayuan medicine in Anhui has a relatively stable supplier and is influenced by the medical reform.The rise of primary health care market is an important market opportunity for Huayuan, Anhui Province, with less influence on the threat of new entrants and substitutes, but the competition in the pharmaceutical commercial market will intensify.Secondly, this article carries on the SWOT analysis to the Anhui Huayuan medicine, through the use of the SWOT matrix and the actual situation of Anhui Huayuan medicine, draws the conclusion that the so strategy is most suitable for the Anhui Huayuan medicine development needs.Finally, based on the long tail theory, this paper holds that in the process of implementing so strategy, the first stage of Anhui Huayuan Medicine is the merger and acquisition of the homogeneous small and medium-sized enterprises, the second stage is the specialized transformation of the M & A enterprises.The third stage is the implementation of differentiated mergers and acquisitions, thus forming a pharmaceutical industry chain with differences and complementarities.In addition, in order to make so strategy carry out smoothly, this paper puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures from two aspects of organization structure and human resources.
