【摘要】：湖南厚德重工机械有限公司(以下简称“湖南厚德重工”)是一家集起重机械系列产品研发设计、生产制造、销售服务于一体的公司,重点专注海外市场的销售及服务。在当前国内外宏观经济形势整体下滑和行业竞争日趋激烈的严峻形势下,面临国家宏观调控、竞争白热化、银根紧缩、汇率上升、市场需求激剧下滑、产能严重过剩、复疏遥遥无期等诸多客观不利因素,制定怎样的企业长期发展战略?制定怎样的企业营销战略?特别是制定怎样的技术创新战略?才能在当前恶劣的环境下谋求生存和发展,并能根据外部环境和企业自身成长需求的变化,即时调整企业的发展战略、营销策略和技术创新战略等等,以便在复杂的经营环境下生存并实现可持续发展。本文以现代战略管理理论为基础,试图从战略的高度分析并解决湖南厚德重工在企业发展、产品研发与技术创新中所面临的问题。具体工作中,本人从与湖南厚德重工生存和发展息息相关的各种外部因素和企业内部因素的分析评估开始,使用SWOT矩阵总结公司面临的外部机会和威胁,以及自身所具备的优势和劣势,同时结合SPACE矩阵分析企业技术创新战略的备选方案,根据各方案的可操作性及优劣情况最终确定公司的技术创新战略选择和具体的战略举措。最后从战略实施的角度给出具体的策略及建议。本文对湖南厚德重工的发展具有很强的针对性和现实操作性,对企业的整体发展有着重要的意义。同时对我国中小型企业和其他同类企业的战略管理也同样具有一定参考价值和借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Hunan Hade heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Hunan Hade heavy Industry") is a series of lifting machinery products R & D design, production, manufacturing, sales and service in one company, focusing on overseas market sales and services. At present, under the severe situation of the overall decline of the macroeconomic situation at home and abroad and the increasingly fierce competition in the industry, we are faced with the state macroeconomic regulation and control, intense competition, tight monetary resources, rising exchange rate, drastic decline in market demand, and serious overcapacity. What is the long-term development strategy of the enterprise? What kind of marketing strategy should be made? In particular, what is the strategy of technological innovation? In order to survive and develop in the current harsh environment, and according to the changes of external environment and the growth needs of the enterprise itself, the development strategy, marketing strategy and technological innovation strategy of the enterprise can be adjusted immediately. In order to survive in the complex business environment and achieve sustainable development. Based on the modern strategic management theory, this paper attempts to analyze and solve the problems faced by Hunan Houde heavy Industry in enterprise development, product development and technological innovation from the strategic perspective. In the specific work, I begin with the analysis and evaluation of various external factors and internal factors that are closely related to the survival and development of Hunan Hou de heavy Industry, and use the SWOT matrix to summarize the external opportunities and threats faced by the company. And its own advantages and disadvantages, combined with the SPACE matrix analysis of the enterprise technology innovation strategy options, according to the maneuverability of each scheme and the pros and cons of the company's technical innovation strategy choice and specific strategic measures. Finally, the specific strategies and suggestions are given from the perspective of strategic implementation. This paper has strong pertinence and practical maneuverability for the development of Hunan Hade heavy Industry, and has important significance for the overall development of the enterprise. At the same time, it also has certain reference value and significance for the strategic management of small and medium-sized enterprises and other similar enterprises in our country.
