制造业企业服务创新能力构建机制与演化路径研究

【摘要】：基于资源编排视角,通过艾默生与奥的斯的纵向案例研究,探索制造企业如何通过资源动态编排构建服务创新能力及其演化路径。研究结果显示:(1)制造企业资源编排包含三个过程:构建资源组合、资源归拢整合与资源转化利用,在企业不同的发展阶段,资源编排有不同的表现形式;(2)环境动荡性引发企业能力与其所嵌入情境之间的冲突是企业培育服务创新能力的前提,对关键资源的编排是企业构建服务创新能力、提高市场适应性的基础;(3)服务创新能力主要包括服务覆盖能力、服务流程化能力和服务开发能力,资源编排的不同方式导致服务创新能力的跃迁和序列效应。
[Abstract]:Based on the perspective of resource orchestration, through the longitudinal case study of Emerson and Otis, this paper explores how manufacturing enterprises construct service innovation ability and its evolution path through dynamic resource arrangement. The results show that the resource arrangement of manufacturing enterprises consists of three processes: the construction of resource combination, the integration of resources and the conversion and utilization of resources, and at different stages of enterprise development. The conflict between enterprise capability and its embedded situation is the premise for enterprises to cultivate service innovation ability, and the arrangement of key resources is the construction of service innovation ability. The capability of service innovation mainly includes the ability of service coverage, the ability of service flow and the ability of service development. Different ways of resource arrangement lead to the transition and sequential effect of service innovation ability.
