配网设备检测管理的实践与创新

【摘要】：正电力物资入网检测是入网物资采购、交付过程中质量管控的重要措施之一。为加强物资管理和供应保障能力,确保入网物资产品质量,国家电网各省、地市公司都逐步挂牌两级物资质检中心。各级电力物资质量检测中心的建立,逐步将原来以监造为主要手段的质量监督工作,转变到以抽检方式为主的工作思路上来。新一轮的农网改造升级工程的开展以及"坚固耐用"的配电网建设改造要求的提出,使配网建设、配网设备制造行业迎来了历史性机遇期。
[Abstract]:The inspection of incoming power materials is one of the important measures of quality control in the process of material purchase and delivery. In order to strengthen the ability of material management and supply guarantee, and ensure the quality of materials and products entering the network, the state grid companies in all provinces and cities have been gradually listed as two-level material quality inspection centers. With the establishment of quality inspection centers for electric power materials at all levels, the work of quality supervision, which used supervision as the main means, has been gradually transformed into the way of working with the method of spot inspection. With the development of a new round of rural power network upgrading project and the requirement of "rugged and durable" distribution network construction and transformation, the construction of distribution network and the manufacturing industry of distribution network equipment have ushered in a historic opportunity period.
