家电企业子公司代理采购模式的研究与案例分析

【摘要】：自2001年加入WTO后,中国经济也逐步融入国际经济一体化。在国际、国内市场竞争不断激烈的当前,企业要想从竞争激烈的市场中脱颖而出需要另辟蹊径。提高企业竞争力的关键在于保证产品质量的同时又能够做到降低企业成本,因此需要在供应链整合上有所行动。当前企业之间的竞争从某种意义上已经转变为各企业供应链之间的竞争,而采购管理在供应链管理体系中处于核心地位,对整个供应链的各环节起着指引作用,同时在生产需求与物资供应之间建立联系,在供应链上的企业原材料与半成品生产合作之间架起一座桥梁。随着市场竞争的白热化,原来采购模式已不能满足市场竞争的需求,而采购代理作为一种新型采购模式逐渐出现在企业采购管理中。这种新型采购模式不仅可直接降低企业的生产成本,减少经营风险,还可以加速资金周转,提升产品竞争力,提高客户满意度。为此,研究采购代理模式对提高企业竞争优势具有重大意义。本文以家电企业子公司采购代理为研究内容,首先回顾了采购管理、供应链管理以及采购代理的相关资料文献,阐述了与采购管理相关理论知识,再结合家电企业的供应链管理现状,以T家电公司为案例开始展开具体分析。通过对T家电企业采购管理模式和策略的全面解析,对比原有的采购模式和现行采用其子公司代理采购的新模式,归纳和总结出两种模式的优势和劣势,得出更适合当前家电企业发展采购模式的结论,再结合物流及采购代理模式理论与案例的实证分析得出家电企业子公司采购代理模式是当前家电企业优化供应链结构、降低成本的有效途径。
[Abstract]:Since China joined WTO in 2001, China's economy has gradually integrated into international economic integration. In the international market, the domestic market competition is fierce, enterprises want to stand out from the fierce market needs to find a new way. The key to improve the competitiveness of enterprises is to ensure the quality of products and at the same time to reduce the cost of enterprises, so it is necessary to act on the integration of supply chain. At present, the competition among enterprises has been transformed into the competition among the supply chains in some sense, and the procurement management is the core position in the supply chain management system, which plays a guiding role in all aspects of the supply chain. At the same time, it establishes a link between production demand and material supply, and builds a bridge between raw materials and semi-finished products production cooperation in supply chain. With the fierce market competition, the original procurement model can not meet the needs of market competition, and procurement agent, as a new procurement model, has gradually appeared in the enterprise procurement management. This new purchasing mode can not only directly reduce the production cost, reduce the risk of operation, but also accelerate the turnover of funds, enhance the competitiveness of products, and improve customer satisfaction. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the purchasing agent model to improve the competitive advantage of enterprises. In this paper, the purchasing agent of the subsidiary company of home appliance enterprise is taken as the research content. Firstly, the paper reviews the relevant documents of purchasing management, supply chain management and purchasing agent, and expounds the theoretical knowledge related to procurement management. Combined with the current situation of supply chain management of household appliances enterprises, T home appliance company as a case began to launch a specific analysis. Through the comprehensive analysis of the purchasing management mode and strategy of T household electrical appliance enterprise, compared with the original purchasing mode and the new mode of using its subsidiary agency purchasing, the paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the two modes. The conclusion is that it is more suitable for the current household appliance enterprises to develop the procurement mode. Then the empirical analysis of logistics and purchasing agency model theory and cases shows that the procurement agency model of home appliance subsidiary company is to optimize the supply chain structure of household appliance enterprises. An effective way to reduce costs.
