【摘要】：正引言近年来,随着电力行业科学技术发展和应用,以及工业4.0发展目标,发电企业在设备自动化、管理信息化等方面相对得到较大提升。但在发电企业长期传统管理经验的影响下,经过多方调研以及长期进行一线管理工作研究发现诸多不足之处,亟待进行"科技创新、管理创新"。发电企业出现设备采用DCS和PLC系统采集设备数据较为独立单一,设备状态数据未能形成"精细"管理;人员巡检采集数据不能及时录入MIS系统,生产
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development and application of science and technology in electric power industry and the development goal of industry 4.0, power generation enterprises have been greatly improved in equipment automation, management information and so on. However, under the influence of the long-term traditional management experience of power generation enterprises, through multi-party investigation and long-term research on front-line management, many deficiencies are found, so it is urgent to carry out "scientific and technological innovation, management innovation". DCS and PLC systems are used to collect equipment data independently and singly, equipment status data can not form "fine" management, personnel inspection and collection data can not be input into MIS system in time, and production.
