要素价格扭曲对工业行业出口多样化的影响分析

【摘要】：工业是一国经济发展的重要支柱,国民经济的整体发展取决于以工业为主体的实体经济。改革进程中我国的产品市场几乎实现了完全自由化,但要素市场的市场化进程缓慢,存在严重的扭曲,影响了开放效益的提高。文章利用C-D生产函数方法度量工业行业的要素价格扭曲程度,计算结果表明目前我国绝大多数行业的要素价格扭曲程度存在上升态势。因此本文以此为研究背景分析中国要素价格扭曲对出口多样化的影响。我国对外贸易发展的目标不能仅局限于追求单纯的数量增长,出口贸易结构及外贸产品质量应成为外贸战略转型升级时期的战略重心。其中出口种类的增长是获得更广泛国际贸易利益的重要来源之一,文章重点讨论了出口多样化水平相关内容。文章利用SITC第三版的五位码的出口产品数据,采用Feenstra方法度量了我国2003至2011年工业行业的出口多样化水平。结果表明与美国同行业相比,我国出口产品多样化水平在波动中略有下降。基于相关学者对出口多样化决定因素的研究成果,利用我国近九年分行业的面板数据,实证检验了要素价格扭曲对行业出口多样化水平的影响,并运用不同的回归方法验证了实证结果的稳健性。结果证明要素价格扭曲抑制了我国出口多样化水平的提升。要素市场缓慢的市场化进程影响市场活力和经济发展效率,我国产业长期处于国际生产链的低端加工环节,出口产品档次较低且种类较少。其他影响出口多样化的因素包括全要素生产率、研发投入、资本密集度。根据上述结论,文章就我国面临的要素价格扭曲这一现实,提出相应的提高我国出口多样化水平的政策建议,以实现贸易利益的最大化。
[Abstract]:Industry is an important pillar of a country's economic development. The whole development of national economy depends on the real economy with industry as the main body. In the process of reform, the product market in our country has almost been completely liberalized, but the marketization of the factor market is slow, and there is serious distortion, which affects the improvement of the open benefit. This paper uses C-D production function method to measure the degree of factor price distortion in industrial industry. The calculation results show that the distortion degree of factor price in most industries in China is on the rise at present. Therefore, this paper analyzes the impact of Chinese factor price distortion on export diversification. The goal of China's foreign trade development should not be confined to the pursuit of simple quantity growth. The structure of export trade and the quality of foreign trade products should become the strategic focus in the period of strategic transformation and upgrading of foreign trade. The growth of export category is one of the important sources to obtain the benefits of wider international trade. This paper focuses on the content of export diversification level. In this paper, the export diversification level of China's industrial industries from 2003 to 2011 is measured by using the SITC third edition of the five-digit code export product data and the Feenstra method. The results show that the diversification level of China's export products is slightly lower than that of the same industry in the United States. Based on the research results of relevant scholars on the determinants of export diversification and using the panel data of China in the past nine years, this paper empirically tests the effect of factor price distortion on the level of export diversification. Different regression methods are used to verify the robustness of the empirical results. The results show that the distortion of factor price inhibits the increase of export diversification level. The slow market-oriented process of factor market affects the market vitality and economic development efficiency. Our industry is in the low-end processing link of international production chain for a long time, and the export products are of lower grade and fewer kinds. Other factors affecting export diversification include total factor productivity, R & D input, and capital intensity. According to the above conclusion, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to improve the export diversification level in order to realize the maximization of the trade benefits in view of the fact that the factor price is distorted in our country.
