油气改革背景下中国石油测井公司的市场拓展策略研究

【摘要】:近年来国务院取消下放了多项能源审批权,尤其是取消了页岩气等非常规油气领域的合同审批,且准许民营企业的参与,这些举措同时必然使得相关领域对外开放的力度将会进一步加大。国家能源局也明确鼓励油气资源所在地的地方企业扩大油气投资。在油气改革的大背景下,中国石油测井公司该如何利用优势因素并规避市场风险以取得持续发展?如何应对深海油气、页岩气等新兴能源领域带来的机遇和挑战?针对这些问题,本文主要从三个方面展开研究:(1)首先是中国石油测井公司的竞争态势分析:在市场细分理论和市场定位理论的分析框架下,收集目前在国际范围内的各大测井专业公司经营及市场现状,从市场占有情况、竞争对手概况、技术服务与科技创新的优势三个方面分析了中国石油测井公司在当前石油测井市场上面临的形势,进而明确公司在市场开发过程中存在的问题,如测井技术、勘探成本、市场竞争、国际市场、体制机制等等。(2)其次是中国石油测井公司的市场拓展方案设计:由上述的竞争态势分析可知,中国石油测井公司存在的问题有行业发展阶段层面的、体制机制层面的,也有发展思路层面的、内部管理层面的。基于竞争态势的分析设计了中国石油测井公司的二维市场拓展策略,其中纵向是发展的维度,包括基于市场需求分析与预测的中长期发展规划、基于测井市场类别细分的市场服务模式;横向是市场维度,包括基于特色测井技术的国际市场和基于非常规能源的新兴市场。(3)然后是中国石油测井公司市场拓展的保障措施:要使上述市场拓展方案得以顺利实施,论文进一步提出了中国石油测井公司市场拓展的保障措施,包括积极推进重组化进程,建立以绩效考核为核心的管理体系,巩固以战略联盟为基础的合作关系,培养高素质的市场开发团队。本文的研究是在油气改革的特定背景下展开的,但其结论实际上具有一定的普遍性,这也和中国石油集团公司的发展战略是相适应的,同时对类似企业的改革与发展有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the State Council has abolished the devolution of a number of energy approvals, in particular the approval of contracts in unconventional oil and gas fields such as shale gas, and allowed private enterprises to participate. These measures at the same time will inevitably make related areas open to the outside world will be further intensified. The State Energy Administration has also explicitly encouraged local companies where oil and gas resources are located to expand oil and gas investment. Under the background of oil and gas reform, how should CNPC make use of the advantage factors and avoid the market risk to achieve sustainable development? How to deal with the opportunities and challenges brought by the emerging energy fields such as deep-sea oil and gas, shale gas and so on? In order to solve these problems, this paper mainly studies the competition situation of China Petroleum logging Company from three aspects: firstly, under the framework of market segmentation theory and market positioning theory, Collecting the operation and market status of the major logging professional companies in the international scope at present, from the situation of market possession and the general situation of competitors, This paper analyzes the situation that CNPC is facing in the current oil logging market from the advantages of technical service and scientific innovation, and then clarifies the problems existing in the process of market development, such as logging technology, exploration cost, etc. Market competition, international market, institutional mechanism, etc.) the next is the market expansion plan of CNPC: from the above competitive situation analysis, we can see that the problems of CNPC have the level of industry development. The system mechanism level, also has the development mentality stratification plane, the internal management stratification plane. Based on the analysis of competitive situation, the two-dimensional market expansion strategy of CNPC is designed, in which vertical development is the dimension of development, including the medium- and long-term development plan based on market demand analysis and prediction. The model of market service based on the classification of logging market is the horizontal dimension of the market. Including the international market based on characteristic logging technology and the emerging market based on unconventional energy. The paper further puts forward the guarantee measures for the market expansion of China Petroleum logging Company, including actively promoting the process of reorganization, establishing a management system with performance appraisal as the core, and consolidating the cooperative relationship based on the strategic alliance. The research of this paper is carried out under the specific background of oil and gas reform, but its conclusion is in fact universal, which is in accordance with the development strategy of China National Petroleum Corporation.
