天津高银117大厦PC总承包项目物资供应商管理探索与实践

【摘要】：随着PC总承包管理模式的探索与发展,工程项目综合型的物资需求对物资采购管理工作提出了更高要求。供应商管理作为物资采购的关键环节,建立一套与PC总承包管理模式相适应的完善、高效的物资供应商管理体系是顺应时代发展的一种趋势。结合天津高银117大厦项目工程管理的实际,通过论述物资供应商的引进、供应商评价体系、战略合作关系的建立以及117大厦项目物资供应商管理情况,对PC总承包管理模式下的物资供应商管理进行了研究和探讨。
[Abstract]:With the exploration and development of PC general contract management mode, the comprehensive material demand of engineering projects puts forward higher requirements for material procurement management. Supplier management is the key link of material procurement. It is a trend to establish a set of perfect and efficient material supplier management system to adapt to PC general contract management mode. Combined with the actual project management of Tianjin Gaoxin 117 Building, through the introduction of material suppliers, supplier evaluation system, the establishment of strategic cooperation relationship and 117 Building Project material supplier management, The material supplier management under PC general contract management mode is studied and discussed.
