上海埃威公司信息系统升级项目进度管理研究

【摘要】：上海埃威公司是中国航空工业集团公司下属企业,是由中航工业上电所独资的一家面向航海、航空和教学领域的高科技企业。公司经过近10年的稳步发展与壮大,原有的信息系统已无法满足公司的管理要求,为了解决该问题,公司要求加快实施信息系统升级项目。本论文以上海埃威公司信息系统升级项目为例,阐述了项目管理理论、项目进度计划理论和项目进度控制理论,将项目进度计划和控制的方法和工具应用到该项目实施的进度管理中,通过制定合理有效的进度计划,采取有效控制措施,最终保证该项目能按计划顺利完成。本文的主要研究内容包括以下三个方面:(1)本文对项目管理理论及方法在信息系统升级项目中的应用全面系统的进行了阐述。对项目进度实施有效的计划与控制,使其顺利达到预定目标,是项目管理的核心。因此,将项目进度计划控制的相关理论有效地应用于项目管理过程,可以很好地指导项目进度的实施,保证项目进度目标的达成。(2)基于进度计划理论,通过WBS分解结构、甘特图、关键路线法,绘制双代号网络图等现代项目进度管理技术,对项目进行工作分解,明确了工作任务,编制出该项目工作计划,并根据项目工期的目标要求,对计划进行了优化;(3)基于进度控制理论,介绍了进度控制的原理,在此基础上系统详细地论述了信息化升级改造项目的进度控制过程,阐述了项目进度控制的作用和影响埃威公司信息系统升级项目进度的影响因素,并探讨了埃威公司对信息系统升级项目进度控制的过程和进度管理的措施。对于在施工进度计划编制和进度控制过程中,如何采用各种工具、方法和措施,完善相应的控制流程和保障措施等方面的问题,具有一定的理论意义。以正在进行的实际项目为例,也具有一定的使用应用价值。通过本项目的顺利实施,总结了项目进度管理的先进经验,能为其他各类项目的进度管理,尤其是信息系统升级类项目的进度管理提供有效借鉴。
[Abstract]:Shanghai Erwei is a subsidiary of China Aeronautical Industry Group, a high-tech enterprise wholly owned by China Aviation Industry China Electric Power Co., Ltd. for navigation, aviation and teaching. After nearly 10 years of steady development and expansion, the original information system can no longer meet the management requirements of the company, in order to solve this problem, the company requests to speed up the implementation of information system upgrade project. Taking the information system upgrade project of Shanghai Erwei Company as an example, this paper expounds the theory of project management, the theory of project schedule planning and the theory of project schedule control. The methods and tools of project schedule planning and control are applied to the progress management of the project implementation. By making a reasonable and effective schedule plan and taking effective control measures, the project can be completed smoothly according to the plan. The main research contents of this paper include the following three aspects: 1) this paper expounds the application of project management theory and method in the information system upgrade project. It is the core of project management to carry out effective planning and control of project schedule and make it achieve its scheduled goal smoothly. Therefore, applying the relevant theories of project schedule control to the process of project management effectively can guide the implementation of the project schedule and ensure the achievement of the project schedule goals. 2) based on the progress plan theory, the WBS decomposition structure is adopted. Gantt chart, key route method, drawing double code network diagram and other modern project schedule management techniques are used to decompose the work of the project, define the work task, draw out the work plan of the project, and according to the target requirements of the project duration, Based on the theory of schedule control, the principle of schedule control is introduced. On this basis, the progress control process of information upgrade project is discussed in detail. This paper expounds the function of project schedule control and the factors influencing the progress of information system upgrade project in Erwei Company, and probes into the process of schedule control and the measures of schedule management of information system upgrade project by Erwei Company. It has certain theoretical significance for how to use various tools, methods and measures, and how to perfect the corresponding control flow and safeguard measures in the process of construction schedule planning and schedule control. Taking the actual project in progress as an example, it also has certain application value. Through the successful implementation of this project, the advanced experience of project schedule management is summarized, which can provide an effective reference for the schedule management of other kinds of projects, especially the progress management of information system upgrade projects.
