装备制造企业供应链协同对供应链绩效影响研究

【摘要】:随着全球化竞争的加剧,企业间单纯的竞争已转变为供应链之间的复杂竞争,越来越多的企业开始逐渐重视对其供应链的协同与管理。尤其是在制造型企业中,供应链协同已成为必然趋势。供应链协同主要是通过合作伙伴之间有效的协作来快速响应市场变化,以实现供应链整体绩效的最大化。因此,系统全面地研究供应链协同显得尤为重要。然而现阶段,对供应链协同的研究主要集中在对其协同机制与协同影响因素方面,有关供应链协同与供应链绩效的关系研究还不够深入。本文通过对供应链协同与供应链绩效关系的研究,探讨提升供应链绩效的关键途径,具有重大的理论意义与实践意义。本文以装备制造企业所在的供应链为研究对象,采用探索性的多案例研究结合实证研究的方法,深入探讨供应链协同对供应链绩效的关系。首先回顾了国内外有关供应链协同与供应链绩效的理论研究,分析了现有研究的不足,为本文研究奠定了理论基础。然后通过多案例分析初步探讨战略协同、业务协同与供应链绩效之间的关系,提出了初始命题。接着在理论研究的基础上,建立了概念模型,提出了研究假设,并通过SPSS 21.0统计软件对假设进行分析和验证,进一步得出战略协同、业务协同与供应链绩效关系,从而为从协同视角提升供应链绩效提供了依据。最后针对吉利的供应链绩效进行研究,通过分析其在供应链协同方面存在的不足,进而提出提升其供应链绩效的具体对策。通过深入的多案例分析和实证研究,本文得出两个主要结论:战略协同和业务协同分别对供应链绩效的提升具有促进作用;战略协同和业务协同对供应链绩效的提升存在交互作用。本研究丰富了供应链协同管理理论,为优化供应链协同机制和提高供应链绩效提供了新的研究思路和方法。同时在实践中,也能帮助装备制造企业更好地进行供应链协同,从而提升其供应链绩效。
[Abstract]:With the aggravation of global competition, the pure competition among enterprises has been transformed into complex competition between supply chains. More and more enterprises begin to attach importance to the coordination and management of their supply chains. Especially in manufacturing enterprises, supply chain collaboration has become an inevitable trend. Supply chain collaboration is mainly through the effective cooperation between partners to quickly respond to market changes in order to maximize the overall performance of the supply chain. Therefore, it is very important to study supply chain collaboration systematically and comprehensively. However, at present, the research on supply chain coordination mainly focuses on its coordination mechanism and the factors affecting coordination, and the research on the relationship between supply chain coordination and supply chain performance is not deep enough. Through the research on the relationship between supply chain coordination and supply chain performance, this paper discusses the key ways to improve supply chain performance, which is of great theoretical and practical significance. In this paper, the supply chain in which the equipment manufacturing enterprise is located is taken as the research object, and the relationship between supply chain synergy and supply chain performance is deeply discussed by using exploratory multi-case study combined with empirical research. Firstly, this paper reviews the theoretical research on supply chain coordination and supply chain performance at home and abroad, analyzes the shortcomings of existing research, and lays a theoretical foundation for this study. Then, the relationship between strategic synergy, business synergy and supply chain performance is discussed through multi-case analysis, and the initial proposition is put forward. Then, on the basis of theoretical research, the conceptual model is established, and the research hypotheses are put forward. The hypothesis is analyzed and verified by SPSS 21.0 statistical software, and the relationship among strategic collaboration, business collaboration and supply chain performance is obtained. Therefore, it provides the basis for improving supply chain performance from the perspective of coordination. Finally, this paper studies the performance of Geely's supply chain, analyzes its shortcomings in supply chain coordination, and then puts forward specific countermeasures to improve its supply chain performance. Through in-depth multi-case analysis and empirical research, this paper draws two main conclusions: strategic synergy and business synergy can promote the improvement of supply chain performance; There is interaction between strategic collaboration and business synergy on the improvement of supply chain performance. This study enriches the supply chain collaborative management theory and provides a new research idea and method for optimizing the supply chain coordination mechanism and improving the supply chain performance. At the same time, in practice, it can also help equipment manufacturing enterprises to better supply chain coordination, thereby improving their supply chain performance.
