中国重汽国际合作战略研究

【摘要】:重型卡车行业是一种技术密集型的行业,重卡对其可靠性、安全性、经济型的要求,比任何车型都要高出很多倍。所谓的“小国无重卡”,说的就是这个道理。所以,重卡行业的竞争具有显著的全球竞争的特点。高水平的重卡集人性化的设计理念、精密机械加工、先进的电子控制系统及总成模块的优化组合等与一身。因此,即使是世界一流重卡制造企业也很难在所有方面做到面面俱到,他们在参与全球竞争的同时,需要不断的寻求国际合作对象,进行优势互补,以不断提升自身的综合竞争能力。中国重汽自20世纪60年代制造出中国历史上第一辆重卡以来,通过自身不断的发展创新,逐步形成了中国知名的重卡制造企业。进入21世纪后,在国内重卡市场竞争不断加剧的情况下,中国重汽通过自身的努力及持续不断的国际合作战略,大大提升了自身的竞争能力,成为国内重卡销量名列前茅、连续九年中国重卡出口量最多的企业。随着国内外重卡市场需求的变化,重卡制造商之间竞争的不断加剧以及国家环保法规的要求的提高。原来以量取胜的观念已不能满足当今社会的发展需求,如何提升产品的附加值,提高自身产品品牌知名度成为中国重汽在新的国际合作战略中需要考虑的重要问题。本文利用SWOT分析工具对中国重汽的优势劣势、机会威胁进行了分析,指出采取国际合作战略的必要性;采用价值链分析,确定中国重汽进行合作的关键环节,明确国际合作战略的重点和方向,并以此从交易成本、价值链和市场区位三个维度来构建和完善中国重汽的国际合作战略。特别是对中国重汽的技术、采购、生产、营销环节分别根据不同的战略需求,探讨分析了不同的合作联盟方式,以不断提升中国重汽的竞争力。最后,分析完善了中国重汽国际合作战略成功实施所必备的三个关键因素:合作伙伴的选择,信任机制的建立、合作风险的控制,以弥补之前在合作中只注重合作战略的现实经济效益,未对战略联盟稳定发展进行细致规划与管理的缺陷。本文主要的创新在于针对重卡行业合作模式的研究比较少的现状,选取具有代表中国重卡水平的中国重汽的合作战略为研究对象,对其内外资源能力的分析,合作模式的构建,国际合作战略的实施管理等进行了详细的探讨和分析,旨在对民族重卡国际合作创新理论和实践的补充和丰富;从交易成本、价值链和市场区位三个维度对中国重汽的合作模式进行构建,打破了以往分析合作战略中从交易成本和价值链两个维度的构建模式。本文希望通过对中国重汽的国际合作战略的研究为后续中外企业的合作起到良好的借鉴和指导的作用。
[Abstract]:Heavy truck industry is a kind of technology-intensive industry, heavy truck on its reliability, safety, economic requirements, than any model is many times higher. The so-called "small country without a heavy card," that is the truth. Therefore, the heavy card industry competition has the remarkable global competition characteristic. High-level heavy-card design concept, precision machining, advanced electronic control system and assembly module optimization and combination and so on. As a result, it is difficult for even the world's leading heavy-card manufacturers to cover all aspects. While they are participating in global competition, they need to constantly seek international partners to complement each other's strengths. In order to constantly improve their comprehensive competitiveness. Since China made the first heavy truck in the history of China in the 1960s, through its continuous development and innovation, China heavy truck has gradually formed a well-known heavy truck manufacturing enterprise in China. After entering the 21st century, with the increasing competition in the domestic heavy truck market, through its own efforts and continuous international cooperation strategy, China heavy truck has greatly enhanced its own competitive ability and become one of the top domestic heavy truck sales volume. China's largest export volume of heavy cards for nine consecutive years. With the change of domestic and foreign heavy truck market demand, the competition between heavy card manufacturers is becoming more and more serious and the requirements of national environmental protection regulations are raised. The idea of winning by quantity has not been able to meet the development needs of today's society. How to enhance the added value of products and improve the brand awareness of their own products has become an important issue to be considered in the new international cooperation strategy. This paper analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of China heavy Auto by using SWOT analysis tool, points out the necessity of adopting international cooperation strategy, uses value chain analysis to determine the key links of China heavy Auto's cooperation. The emphasis and direction of international cooperation strategy are defined, and the international cooperation strategy of China heavy Auto is constructed and perfected from three dimensions of transaction cost, value chain and market location. In particular, according to the different strategic demand, the technology, purchasing, production and marketing of China heavy Auto are discussed and analyzed in order to enhance the competitiveness of China heavy Auto. Finally, the paper analyzes the three key factors necessary for the successful implementation of China heavy Auto's international cooperation strategy: the selection of partners, the establishment of trust mechanism, and the control of cooperation risk. In order to make up for the lack of careful planning and management of the stable development of the strategic alliance, only the actual economic benefits of the cooperative strategy were paid attention to in the cooperation before. The main innovation of this paper is to focus on the status quo of the research on the cooperation mode of heavy truck industry, select the cooperation strategy of China heavy truck, which represents the level of heavy truck in China, as the research object, analyze its internal and external resource capacity, and construct the cooperation mode. The implementation and management of international cooperation strategy are discussed and analyzed in detail in order to supplement and enrich the innovation theory and practice of international cooperation. The three dimensions of value chain and market location construct the cooperation mode of China heavy Auto, which breaks the past analysis of cooperation strategy from the transaction cost and value chain two dimensions of the construction model. This paper hopes that the study of the international cooperation strategy of China heavy Auto will serve as a good reference and guidance for the subsequent cooperation between Chinese and foreign enterprises.
