伟星股份的异常高股利:成长不足抑或财富转移

【摘要】：以伟星股份为研究对象,对其高现金股利行为产生的原因进行深入研究,结果表明:高现金股利政策不符合公司盈利能力和现金流状况;成长不足是伟星股份进行高比例派现的重要因素,伟星股份的高管通过高股利政策将公司现金资源转移到其他投资渠道;伟星股份的高比例现金派现成为伟星集团可靠的资金来源和投资保障,伟星股份的高股利政策体现和迎合了高管利益,是一种成长不足所引发的财富转移行为,监管部门应该加强对上市公司异常高股利行为的约束和监督。
[Abstract]:Taking Weixing shares as the research object, the causes of its high cash dividend behavior are studied in depth. The results show that the high cash dividend policy does not accord with the profitability and cash flow status of the company; The lack of growth is an important factor for the high proportion of the company's shares to be paid out. The executives of the shares transfer the company's cash resources to other investment channels through the policy of high dividend. The high proportion of cash distribution of the shares of the company has become a reliable source of capital and investment guarantee for the company. The high dividend policy of the shares reflects and caters to the interests of senior executives, and it is a kind of wealth transfer behavior caused by insufficient growth. The regulatory authorities should strengthen the restraint and supervision of the abnormal high dividend behavior of listed companies.
