【摘要】：正一、引言今年以来,党中央和国务院印发了《中共中央国务院关于进一步加强城市规划建设管理工作的若干意见》(中发[2016]6号)、《关于大力发展装配式建筑的指导意见》(国办发[2016]71号),装配式建筑进入全面推广期。山东省烟台市是较早启动装配式建筑工作的城市,自2004年以来,根据中央和省有关要求,积极推行住宅性能认定、康居示范工程创建、住宅精装修试点以及住宅产业化基地建设等工作。2005年,以市政府名义召开了全市住宅产业化工作会议,并在全国地级市中率
