扬州三鑫齿轮机械厂的运营管理分析

【摘要】:由于小微企业已经逐步成为了我国市场经济中不可或缺的重要组成部分,对小微企业的运营管理进行改革和发展,不仅有利于优化小微企业的现有资源配置,同时还有利于发掘小微企业促进国民经济增长的社会价值。小微企业的健康发展对于我国克服国际宏观因素对经济的影响,并保持经济平稳较快发展,以及吸收社会人员就业,从而保障社会稳定发展具有重要的战略意义。本文主要以小微企业扬州三鑫齿轮机械厂为原型,对其运营管理中所存在的主要问题进行分析解决,希望通过对扬州三鑫齿轮机械厂这一小微企业进行深入分析,并为三鑫齿轮厂寻找到一条更为合理的改革和发展之路,同时也为其它小微企业的未来发展提供一定的理论支持和存在问题的解决方案。首先,通过对三鑫齿轮厂目前运营管理状况的了解以及相关资料的搜集,整理出较为详实的企业调研报告。随后对扬州及周边地区同行业内的竞争对手以及同行业内的优秀小微企业进行有针对性的调查分析,再将所调查企业进行横向比较,从而找出彼此发展过程中存在的差异以及各自所面临的不同问题。然后,针对三鑫齿轮机械厂所存在的生产效率低下、质量管理混乱、成本控制困难等主要问题进行原因分析,并结合相关理论知识进行深入剖析,如泰勒的科学管理理论、全面质量管理理论等,最终为三鑫齿轮厂的企业运营管理改革提出相应的解决方案和措施。总而言之,为了满足现阶段的发展要求,小微企业运营管理中存在的问题是急需被关注并解决的,无论是从哪一个方面着手都应该切实行动起来,面对目前如此巨大的市场竞争压力,作为本来就处于弱势的小微企业来讲,形成不了自身发展中所需要的核心竞争力将意味着在未来发展中遇到更大的挑战,所以三鑫齿轮厂运营管理方面所表现出的主要问题是急待解决的。然而,三鑫齿轮厂从开始创办并发展至今,已经做出了很大的努力,虽然在原先的基础上有了很大改善,但是在未来前进的道路上还会遇到更多的艰难险阻,若不能够正视现阶段的问题并积极采取改善措施,将会使问题逐渐放大甚至到达不可挽回的地步,所以说现阶段小微企业主对于企业的改革势在必行。
[Abstract]:As small and micro enterprises have gradually become an indispensable part of the market economy in our country, the reform and development of the operation and management of small and micro enterprises is not only conducive to optimizing the existing resource allocation of small and micro enterprises. At the same time, it also helps to explore the social value of small and micro enterprises to promote the growth of the national economy. The healthy development of small and micro enterprises has important strategic significance for our country to overcome the influence of international macroscopical factors on the economy, to maintain the steady and fast development of economy and to absorb the employment of social personnel so as to ensure the stable development of society. This paper mainly takes Yangzhou Sanxin Gear Machinery Factory as the prototype, analyzes and solves the main problems existing in its operation and management, and hopes to deeply analyze the small and micro enterprise of Yangzhou Sanxin Gear Machinery Factory. We also find a more reasonable way of reform and development for Sanxin Gear Factory, and provide some theoretical support and solutions for the future development of other small and micro enterprises. First of all, through the understanding of Sanxin Gear Factory's current operation and management situation and the collection of relevant information, a more detailed enterprise research report is put forward. Then, the author makes a targeted investigation and analysis of the competitors in Yangzhou and its surrounding areas, as well as the excellent small and micro enterprises in the same industry, and then makes a horizontal comparison of the enterprises surveyed. In order to find out the differences in the process of development of each other and the different problems faced by each other. Then, the main problems of Sanxin Gear Machinery Factory, such as low production efficiency, confused quality management, difficult cost control and so on, are analyzed, and combined with relevant theoretical knowledge, such as Taylor's scientific management theory. The total quality management theory and so on, finally proposed the corresponding solution and the measure for the Sanxin gear factory enterprise operation management reform. In a word, in order to meet the requirements of the present stage of development, the problems existing in the operation and management of small and micro enterprises are urgently needed to be paid attention to and solved. In the face of such huge market competition pressure, as a small and micro enterprise that is already in a weak position, it will mean that it will meet more challenges in the future development if it cannot form the core competitiveness that it needs in its own development. So Sanxin gear factory operation and management of the main problems are urgent to be resolved. However, since its inception and development, Sanxin Gear Factory has made great efforts. Although it has made great improvements on its original basis, it will encounter more difficulties and dangers on its way forward in the future. If we can not face up to the current problem and take active measures to improve it, it will gradually enlarge the problem and even reach the irreparable situation. Therefore, it is imperative for small and micro entrepreneurs to reform their enterprises at this stage.
