九五智驾商业模式创新研究

【摘要】：目前,国内关于车联网服务提供商的商业模式创新的研究总体仍然处于探索阶段。本文在搜集、分析相关企业大量资料的基础上,重点研究第三方车联网服务提供商典型代表九五智驾的商业模式创新实践。首先,比较系统的介绍商业模式定义、商业模式构成要素、和商业模式创新的相关理论,介绍当前国内车联网产业链的研究及国内车联网服务提供商的几种典型商业模式的情况；接下来重点利用上述理论基础框架对九五智驾的商业模式创新实践进行详细分析和研究,先梳理和分析九五智驾的原有商业模式及其特点和优劣势,在此基础上分析九五智驾商业模式创新变革的动因、途径(在创新途径的研究中重点强调了大数据这个因素的作用),进而分析和归纳出九五智驾创新后的新商业模式,并简要说明新商业模式的实施保障；最后,总结九五智驾商业模式创新的经验,希望通过对九五智驾商业模式创新的研究能够为车联网服务企业和其他类似企业提供一个启示。
[Abstract]:At present, the domestic research on the business model innovation of car networking service providers is still in the exploratory stage. On the basis of collecting and analyzing a large amount of data of related enterprises, this paper focuses on the innovative practice of the business model of the representative of the third party car network service provider. First of all, it systematically introduces the definition of business model, the elements of business model, and the relevant theories of business model innovation. This paper introduces the current research of domestic automobile networking industry chain and several typical business models of domestic car networking service providers. Next, it focuses on the detailed analysis and research of the business model innovation practice of the ninety-five year plan by using the above theoretical framework, first of all, combing and analyzing the original business model, its characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of the ninety-five year plan. On this basis, this paper analyzes the motivation and the way of the innovation and transformation of the business model of the ninety-five year plan, and then analyzes and sums up the new business model after the innovation of the ninety-five year plan drive, which emphasizes the role of the big data factor in the research of the innovative way. Finally, the author summarizes the experience of the business model innovation in the Ninth Five-Year Plan, and hopes that the research on the innovation of the business model can provide an inspiration for the car networking service enterprises and other similar enterprises.
