山东黄金集团企业文化建设研究

【摘要】:企业文化是企业的灵魂,是推动企业发展的不竭动力。对"黄金"来说,产品没有差异,企业竞争的最高层次就是人的竞争,就是企业文化的竞争,文化力能够带动生产力,文化建设是黄金企业最高意义上的"差异化战略"。正是从这个意义上来讲,企业文化建设作为企业发展必不可少的组成部分,有必要进行深入研究。企业文化来源于实践,升华为理论又指导实践。纵观山东黄金集团企业文化建设的历程,在不同的发展阶段进行的再造与变革推进了企业不断的进步。当前,黄金企业生存环境和竞争格局发生了深刻变化,企业要重新进行战略选择、要重新进行制度安排,这些要依赖于员工在价值理念上的认同,并成为企业文化的内容;同时,企业文化又反过来会影响到企业战略的选择、企业制度的安排,彼此相互促进、相互依存。本文结合自己多年从事企业文化建设的工作实际,试图按照这样一种逻辑,对山东黄金集团企业文化建设的做法进行梳理,找出存在的问题,分析其形成的原因,有针对性的提出企业文化改良和创新对策,并试图提供一个帮助企业研究文化建设的结构性框架。最终目的是形成先进企业文化,赢得"差异化战略"的制高点,助力山东黄金集团实现"创中国品牌、让世界认可"的目标。同时,企业文化建设是一项十分艰巨的工程,要想取得更大的实际应用价值,有赖于学界、政界、企业界的密切配合,要依赖整个社会价值取向和社会风尚的不断改善,要靠企业全员参与整体互动。
[Abstract]:Enterprise culture is the soul of the enterprise and the inexhaustible power to promote the development of the enterprise. For "gold", there is no difference in products, the highest level of enterprise competition is the competition of human beings, that is, the competition of enterprise culture, cultural power can promote productivity, and cultural construction is the "differentiation strategy" in the highest sense of gold enterprises. In this sense, corporate culture construction as an essential part of enterprise development, it is necessary to conduct in-depth research. Corporate culture comes from practice and sublimates into theory and practice. Throughout the course of enterprise culture construction in Shandong Gold Group, the reengineering and reform in different stages of development have promoted the continuous progress of the enterprise. At present, the survival environment and competition pattern of gold enterprises have undergone profound changes. Enterprises should re-choose their strategy and rearrange their systems, which depend on the identification of employees in the concept of value and become the content of corporate culture. At the same time, corporate culture, in turn, will influence the choice of enterprise strategy and the arrangement of enterprise system, which promote each other and depend on each other. According to the practice of enterprise culture construction in Shandong Gold Group for many years, this paper tries to sort out the practice of enterprise culture construction in Shandong Gold Group, find out the existing problems, and analyze the reasons for its formation. This paper puts forward the countermeasures of enterprise culture improvement and innovation, and tries to provide a structural framework to help enterprises to study the construction of culture. The ultimate aim is to form advanced corporate culture, win the commanding point of "differentiation strategy", and help Shandong Gold Group to achieve the goal of "creating Chinese brand and making the world recognize". At the same time, the construction of corporate culture is a very difficult project. In order to achieve greater practical application value, it depends on the close cooperation of academic, political and business circles, and on the continuous improvement of the social value orientation and social fashion. To rely on the entire enterprise to participate in the overall interaction.
