城市规模以上工业碳排放的行业差异研究——以长沙市为例

【摘要】:通过对2001~2013年长沙市规模以上工业能耗碳排放的行业差异分析,发现:(1)工业直接碳排放总量呈逐年增长之势,能源产业碳排放量的比重在逐年上升,采选业的比重却呈逐年下降之势,制造业的比重近年来虽呈下降趋势,但仍是比重最高的行业。(2)大部分年份表现出工业增长与碳排放量之间的明显脱钩关系,这种有效的脱钩关系主要得益于工业能源效率的提高。(3)工业直接碳排放量既具有行业集中的特点,又具有明显的行业差异性,可将之划分为高碳行业、中碳行业、低碳行业及碳排放关注行业4种类型,因而应根据不同类型特征采取针对性强的节能减碳对策。(4)具有专业化优势和比较优势的行业大多集中在低碳行业,对这些行业要重点扶持和努力培育,这是产业结构向低碳化、高端化发展的主要方向。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of industrial energy consumption carbon emissions in Changsha City from 2001 to 2013, it is found that: (1) the total direct carbon emissions of industry are increasing year by year, and the proportion of carbon emissions from energy industry is increasing year by year. Although the proportion of manufacturing industry has been decreasing in recent years, it is still the industry with the highest proportion. (2) most of the years show a clear decoupling relationship between industrial growth and carbon emissions. This effective decoupling relationship is mainly due to the improvement of industrial energy efficiency. (3) Industrial direct carbon emissions have both the characteristics of industry concentration and obvious industry differences, which can be divided into high carbon industry and medium carbon industry. Low carbon industry and carbon emission industry are concerned about four types, so we should adopt specific energy saving and carbon reduction countermeasures according to different types of characteristics. (4) the industries with specialization advantage and comparative advantage are mostly concentrated in low carbon industry. These industries should be supported and cultivated, which is the main direction of the development of low carbonization and high-end industry structure.
