SGN有限公司绩效管理问题及对策研究

【摘要】:SGN有限公司是第一个大型企业进驻宁夏宁东能源化工基地,相继开展了电厂、煤矿、水务、等项目的前期和建设工作,在国家西部大开发的政策引领下,在地方政府和企业自身努力下,近年来企业的规模在不断扩大。随着企业安全生产和经营管理逐渐步入正轨,在企业初期阶段的创业式的发展模式和管理理念,已经不能满足现代大型企业的管理需要。因此,该企业更好地掌握企业状况和员工水平,建立完善、科学、合理的绩效管理体系成为企业发展的内在要求。本文首先明晰了SGN有限公司的概况和发展阶段,提出了现阶段下SGN有限公司在绩效管理方面存在的问题,明确了绩效管理在SGN有限公司的重要性和紧迫性。其次,根据目前SGN有限公司发展需要以及绩效管理存在问题,从工作职责、绩效指标分解、绩效管理参与及绩效管理评价方法这几个层面进行分析。再次,在分析问题原因的基础上,结合企业实际,一对应的给出对策和方法,并应用绩效管理工具进行绩效评估。最后,对全文进行总结,明确要根据SGN有限公司的不同的发展阶段,实行动态的绩效管理,不断的完善绩效管理制度,并提出了本文研究的不足和未来的研究建议。
[Abstract]:SGN Co., Ltd. is the first large enterprise to enter Ningxia Ningdong energy and chemical industry base. It has carried out the early stage and construction work of power plant, coal mine, water affairs, and other projects one after another, under the guidance of the national western development policy. With the efforts of local governments and enterprises themselves, the scale of enterprises has been expanding in recent years. With the enterprise safety production and management gradually on the right track, in the initial stage of the enterprise entrepreneurial development model and management concept, can no longer meet the management needs of modern large enterprises. Therefore, it is an inherent requirement for the enterprise to better grasp the status of the enterprise and the level of its employees, and to establish a perfect, scientific and reasonable performance management system. This paper firstly clarifies the general situation and development stage of SGN Co., Ltd., and points out the problems existing in the performance management of SGN Limited Company at the present stage, and clarifies the importance and urgency of performance Management in SGN Limited Company. Secondly, according to the current development needs of SGN limited company and the existing problems of performance management, this paper analyzes from the aspects of job responsibility, performance index decomposition, performance management participation and performance management evaluation methods. Thirdly, on the basis of analyzing the causes of the problems, combined with the actual situation of the enterprise, the corresponding countermeasures and methods are given, and the performance evaluation is carried out by using the performance management tools. Finally, this paper summarizes the full text, clearly according to the different stages of development of SGN Co., Ltd., to implement dynamic performance management, constantly improve the performance management system, and put forward the deficiencies of this study and future research recommendations.
