基于柔性制造的W企业生产组织方式优化研究

【摘要】:进入二十一世纪初期,发展强国战略已经成为世界各国的重要目标,而发展经济是实现这一目标的决定性因素。经济的发展和竞争日趋激烈,企业的发展面临越来越大的外部压力和内部竞争。生产组织方式、资本、技术做为决定企业发展和竞争力的重要决定因素,生产组织方式是核心,直接决定企业的竞争力和综合实力。因此,越来越多的企业开始研究和制定适合自身发展的生产组织方式。本文从经济角度指出了生产组织方式是一种动态发展的经济现象,分析了生产组织方式是与社会发展中不同历史阶段相关的,是伴随着社会的发展而变化,直接体现在社会技术变革引发生产组织方式的变革,进一步通过分析生产组织方式在社会和企业发展过程中的演进历程、发展现状,以及与企业生产组织方式相关的竞争优势理论、市场经济组织方式和现代企业的生产组织特征,引出了我国企业生产组织方式存在的问题。并以此为依据,分析了本文的研究目的:分析W企业现有的生产制造方式和管理方式,以满足市场对产品多元化和小批量多品种的需求,在市场经济环境下,以柔性制造技术为基础,制定适合W企业自身发展的生产组织方式和管理方式,提高企业的竞争力和持续盈利能力。本文在借助柔性化生产组织方式的基础上,对W企业的产品特点和生产过程及特点进行了分析,同时对W企业所面临的内外部竞争环境进行剖析,分析出了W企业生产组织方式所存在的问题。从W企业生产组织方式的构成入手,即资源管理方式、技术研发小组、加工系统、销售系统四个部分进行研究,针对不同部分的实际现状和存在问题进行分析,探究相关原因,为构建适合W企业自身的生产组织方式做基础。并针对所存在的问题,基于柔性化制造技术,构建了W企业的柔性化资源管理方式、柔性化技术研发小组、柔性化加工系统、柔性化销售系统,优化了所构建的柔性化生产组织方式,进行相关分析。解决了W企业所面临的生产管理效率低下、生产过程组织缓慢和对市场产品需求反应迟钝的问题。本文所构建的柔性化生产组织方式也适应于其它企业。
[Abstract]:In the early 21 century, the strategy of developing a powerful country has become an important goal in the world, and the development of economy is the decisive factor to achieve this goal. With the development of economy and competition, enterprises are facing more and more external pressure and internal competition. The mode of production organization, capital and technology are the important determinants of the development and competitiveness of an enterprise. The mode of production organization is the core, which directly determines the competitiveness and comprehensive strength of an enterprise. Therefore, more and more enterprises begin to study and formulate production organization methods suitable for their own development. This paper points out that the mode of production organization is a dynamic economic phenomenon from the economic point of view, analyzes that the mode of production organization is related to different historical stages of social development and changes with the development of society. It is directly reflected in the transformation of production organization mode caused by the social technological change, and further through the analysis of the evolution process of production organization mode in the process of social and enterprise development, the present situation of development, And the competitive advantage theory related to the production organization mode, the market economy organization mode and the production organization characteristic of the modern enterprise, which leads to the problems existing in the production organization mode of our country's enterprises. On the basis of this, the purpose of this paper is to analyze the existing manufacturing and management methods of W enterprises, in order to meet the needs of the market for product diversification and small batch variety, in the market economy environment. On the basis of flexible manufacturing technology, the production organization and management methods suitable for the development of W enterprises are formulated to improve the competitiveness and sustainable profitability of enterprises. On the basis of flexible production organization, this paper analyzes the product characteristics, production process and characteristics of W enterprise, and analyzes the internal and external competition environment faced by W enterprise. The problems existing in the production organization mode of W enterprises are analyzed. Starting with the composition of the production organization mode of W enterprise, that is, resource management, technical research and development group, processing system and sales system, this paper analyzes the actual situation and existing problems of different parts, and probes into the relevant reasons. It is the foundation of constructing the production organization mode suitable for W enterprise itself. Aiming at the existing problems, based on the flexible manufacturing technology, the flexible resource management mode, the flexible technology R & D team, the flexible processing system, the flexible sales system are constructed. The flexible production organization was optimized and analyzed. It solves the problems of low efficiency of production management, slow organization of production process and slow response to market demand. The flexible production organization mode constructed in this paper is also suitable for other enterprises.
