基于IGA的大规模定制企业生产调度优化研究

【摘要】:伴随着市场竞争的不断加剧和越来越个性化、多样化的客户需求,制造业由大规模生产进入了大规模定制生产阶段。和大规模的备货生产相比,大规模定制由于要满足客户定制需求必然在生产成本和交货期等方面面临巨大挑战。它必须面对的无法回避的基本问题,是怎样在满足定制策略下客户的个性化、多样化需求的前提下又能实现大规模生产的低费用、高速度。实现低成本快速反应,生产作业调度计划是一个关键环节。作业车间调度问题属于NP-hard问题,是优化问题中最难求解的问题。本文首先研究了大规模定制的基本内容以及其特点。对生产调度的相关问题和理论进行了较为详尽的阐述,对相关的调度算法进行了初步探讨。分析了汽车冲压车间生产调度现状、特征以及存在的问题,为冲压车间的生产调度优化构建了模型。简单介绍了S公司冲压车间的生产情况。其次概述了遗传算法的基本概念,基本步骤,分析了遗传算法实现方法,即参数与操作的设计。介绍了免疫遗传算法的原理、产生的背景和原因,分析了免疫遗传算法的操作和基本流程。构建了基于免疫遗传算法(IGA)的冲压车间调度模型。最后对设计的改进的免疫遗传算法的性能进行了验证,通过对FT10问题的计算,从和几个传统方法的比较中可以证明算法的有效性。另外还对简化了的S公司的冲压车间的生产调度进行了优化求解。
[Abstract]:With the aggravation and individuation of the market competition and the diversification of customer demand, the manufacturing industry has entered the stage of mass customization production from mass production. Compared with mass stocking, mass customization is bound to face great challenges in production cost and delivery time. The basic problem it must face is how to realize the low cost and high speed of mass production on the premise of satisfying the customer's individuation and diversified demand under the customized strategy. In order to achieve low cost and fast response, production scheduling is a key step. Job shop scheduling problem belongs to NP-hard problem and is the most difficult problem to solve in optimization problem. This paper first studies the basic content of mass customization and its characteristics. The related problems and theories of production scheduling are expounded in detail, and the related scheduling algorithms are discussed. The present situation, characteristics and existing problems of production scheduling of automobile stamping shop are analyzed, and a model for production scheduling optimization of stamping shop is built. This paper briefly introduces the production situation of the press workshop of S Company. Secondly, the basic concept and steps of genetic algorithm are summarized, and the implementation method of genetic algorithm, namely the design of parameters and operation, is analyzed. This paper introduces the principle, background and reason of immune genetic algorithm, and analyzes the operation and basic flow of immune genetic algorithm. A stamping shop scheduling model based on immune genetic algorithm (IGA) is constructed. Finally, the performance of the improved immune genetic algorithm (IGA) is verified. The effectiveness of the proposed algorithm can be proved by comparing the proposed algorithm with several traditional methods through the calculation of the FT10 problem. In addition, the simplified production scheduling of S Company's stamping shop is solved optimally.
